Bathrooms were disgusting and signage said they were cleaned “as needed” but didn’t appear to ever really been cleaned, especially the showers. Lost power at our campsite the last day. WiFi was advertised but when I asked about it I was told it was hit or miss and I was never able to connect to the network. Additionally there was not a level spot to be found for our tent. Would not recommend

Excellent location. Beautiful little stream that runs through property with 2 ponds you can fish in and nice nature trails around the property. The sites in the back really feel like you are camping in the woods, especially the tent sites directly on the stream. Excellent staff was very helpful and accommodating when we had a minor family emergency as well. We definitely will be back!

We had the worst spot in the park 39A. Could not eat outside people drove by over the speed limit and kicked dust on our table

Very nice property with cool rushing stream running through and two cool lakes you can fish in or walk around. There are also lots of hiking trails you can access right from camp. They have a pizzeria too that makes very good wings and pretty good pizza, overall a really great location and staff.

What an awesome RV Park! Awesome location, great hiking from the park, super friendly and accommodating staff. Sites were well laid out, easy to get into/out. Loved the views from within the park and easy drives to Yellowstone and local attractions.

The staff is incredible. Would give a 10/10 for that, however pretty pricey. Realize we were there during a very busy time, but it’s kind of frustrating to get a 25% discount offer to stay longer when we did not get a discount for staying two weeks. Dog park is too small. They have the room for a much larger one. I understand that may be in the works. Keep your great people!

Liked the RV sites. The problem is your bathrooms and showers need to be cleaned more often. We stayed at your RV park for 4 days and never were the bathrooms or showers clean always dirty.

Cabin was to accommodate 6? We had 5. There were chairs at the table for 4, only 4 glasses, 4 plates. We did not have enough bedding for the bunks and had to make them ourselves as well as go to the store to get more bedding. Not 1 towel for each guest- back to the store. Mouse droppings all over. Only hot water for 1 quick shower each day. Front desk kept telling us they would fix but did not.

One of the best places to stay! We stayed in a cabin and enjoyed every day. The staff was amazing and accommodations were as advertised. Had to leave a day early and a refunds was given with no problem! 5 stars

All staff members were friendly and helpful. One employee saw me heading to the trash and stopped to take it for me. Restrooms and laundry facilities were clean and tidy. Thank you KOA !

We left our keys in the car and Sandy from the front desk helped us to get a key service. That was very nice! So we could do our trip as planned. :)

Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. Only about a mile and a half to the west entrance of Yellowstone National park. Our site was also very near the highway traffic but it was not noticeable. Also very close proximity to Denny Creek which ran along side our site. Will definitely stay again!

The resort was scenic, clean, designed well, and friendly staff. Great views and about 15 minutes away from the west entrance to Yellowstone. Cell reception for AT&T was good but the resort WiFi was poor. If the WiFi was good I would have given it a 5 star rating. Despite that, I would stay here again no doubt.

The park looks nothing like any of the pictures in any of the advertisement very dusty, gravel road can’t even get a pizza or any food after 6 o’clock and most of the time they were out of it the staff was extremely friendly and courteous and professional. There is no fishing even though they claim there is dog crap everywhere by the lake so much that you can I’ll almost not step on it

The bathroom and shower area looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. I went in after they were supposedly clean and they were filthy. It looked like some of the areas under the open sinks in shower room were growing mold. There were dirt mounds on the floor even after it was just cleaned and they had been there for a while. I do not recommend this campground.

Location is pretty good for Yellowstone. Sites were ok at best. First site assigned was shared electric and water, and the fire pit was basically under a giant evergreen tree. Reassigned site was better. Bath houses were extremely dirty, even late in the day once there was time to clean them.

Bathrooms were not very clean-especially in hard to reach places. I have a toddler who gets into these spaces and I had to be very vigilant with them in the restroom. Also, no changing table available in the restrooms. Location was great as was the playground.

Yes, it gets busy but it’s Yellowstone! Everyone from the staff to the guests were super nice. The showers were good with lots of hot water and pressure. The pizza is insane! Will definately be back!

Overall great place. Beautiful views, quiet, pizza restaurant on site is fun and good location outside Yellowstone. My only wish is to make the dog area bigger. There was plenty of space and so many dogs for such a small fenced in area.

paid for a 20 amp site the camp site next to us used the same power ,this lowered our Amp available, my husband an electrician. The neighboring site had so much plugged it it kept tripping the breaker and we woke several times freezing because our electric blanket and small electric heater shut off .I paid for a 20 Amp & think I should be refunded part of my money.Lots of noise after 10 pm

Great stay just wish it was a bit closer to Yellowstone. The views were great our son enjoyed the pond.

Nice park with good amenities and location. A little pricey but I guess its because of the location next to Yellowstone. My sight was a pull thru, but was unlevel near the front. Had to park near the rear of the site to level my motorhome. Because of this, I was not able to connect my tow vehicle up until we left.

Nice campground with plenty of room for big trailers/TVs. The other KOA closer to Yellowstone is not. Friendly staff here and were very accommodating putting our two reservations together. We didn't use the bathrooms so no opinion there. The pizza restaurant was convenient. Nice playground but small K9 lot. Close to park entrance and other activities in the area. Would stay here again for sure.

Everyone was so nice here. Limited kids, on a creek. I stayed at both Mountain Side and West. I recommend Mtn Side over West if not traveling with kids.

Overall, very good stay. The bathrooms could use more regular attention- every time we used them the floors were very dirty. Understandable with wet shoes, but maybe an accessible mop for guests to use could help. Also some additional hooks in the bathroom would be great. The road noise was a little more than we expected but ear plugs help. We will very likely stay again!

Staff at as very helpful. Individual bathrooms/showers were great! Close to town and Yellowstone. WiFi did not work unless at the front office.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff, the beautiful view, and the wildlife in the area. Definitely a great park to stay at the park...
