This is the nicest KOA weve stayed in. The improvements are well thought out. The gift shop is nice. Our dig loved the improved dog run!

This was our second stay in the past year. It's one one of the nicest KOA parks we've ever visited. All employees were friendly and professional. The grounds were kept spotless. We highly recommend!

My mixed up dates did not phase the Las Cruces KOA Journey staff one bit. My miscalculation had me off by one day. The staff worked with me when we did not show up and was able to rearrange my scheduled dates. This is a very well managed, clean and beautiful KOA. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Las Crucas KOA is very nice. Beautiful views of the valley and mountains no matter where your spot is. Clean modern bath houses and staff is freindly and helpful. This is a tough act to follow for other KOA's

Outstanding staff that goes out of there way to ensure you have a great stay. They have upgraded the store with a new community center, new laundry facilities and more. The new bathrooms & showers were clean. The grounds were kept neat & clean despite the high winds we experienced.

The updated facility is best in class. Significant upgrades to bathrooms, office, lounge area, dog park and outdoor group seating. Excellent wi-fi and fantastic views. Lots to do in the area is a plus. Our favorite campground.

Continued upgrades are very appealing. Nice laundry upgrade & community room is very welcoming. The only negative for us is the poor quality of Wi-Fi. Very frustrating.

This KOA is one of the best we have ever stayed at! Very clean, well maintained campground, individual sights are spacious and level. Beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Staff were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We had a fabulous site up the hill and the view was spectacular. The spot was so level we didnt have to do much to level our Motorhome. The quest services are so nice. We really enjoyed our stay!!

This is a great KOA with a fantastic view of Las Cruces and the surrounding mountains. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason we can't stay longer is because we work on the road, and the wi-fi is not conducive to reading emails much less doing Zoom or Teams meetings. We really wish the wi-fi would be upgraded.

For us, this was the best KOA we've ever stayed at. All of the anemities, great staff. Dog park exceptional. Clean, well kept. Beautiful view of the mountains. Just a wonderful place.

Clean and well kept facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice touches, like free coffee and snacks in the morning, and less expensive than other KOA's, at least for tenting. Most other KOA camprounds could learn from this site.

Very clean place. What we never understand at all the koas that the sites are so close to each other. Pool was closed and will be opened in May. Pretty late for such a warm area.

All staff at the Las Cruces KOA are exceptional with their customer service and very polite. In addition they have a complete outdoor kitchen for your use whether your RV kitchen is not available or you’re in a cabin. As well, the restrooms are always clean with the best showers we have ever seen in all of our travels.

We only had one night at the property but I wish we had more. The laundry area was very clean and open 24 hrs/ The property was beautiful with a great view of the city below.

The entryway to this KOA is on a hill, but it was manageable by my partner and the travel trailer. Jordan, the KOA representative who checked us in, was very helpful because we had parked in the wrong place, and I mentioned that my partner sucked at backing up, so she gave us an alternate way to get to our site, which was extremely helpful. The entire campground was very clean. The shower rooms and bathrooms were practically new, and the store had local gifts and a complimentary morning coffee and snack time. We only stayed overnight, and we were too tired to cook, so we utilized DoorDash, and the dasher had no problem finding our site (that's how easy the site numbering system is.) We ordered from a local restaurant to try Las Cruces' cuisine. The hill on which the KOA is built allows guests to have a nice view of the city (at night it was pretty), and there is a walking path from which to take pictures. Our Yorkie enjoyed the Paw Pad, too! We'll be back!

Update: back again and there were many upgrades, including new asphalt and playground equipment. Previous: Will become a regular stop on our Phoenix - San Antonio runs. Near the freeway, great views and good prices.

I love this KOA. Concrete pads make leveling our camper van very easy. The campground is up on a hill and the views of Las Cruces after dark are spectacular. The tent sites are some of the best I've ever seen - even has a shared outdoor kitchen with 2 sinks, a cook top, and a BBQ. Dog friendly. The bathrooms and laundry have been recently updated and they are fantastic. The showers are large private rooms with bench, toilet, and sink. The laundry is now twice the size it was. Wash is $3.00 and dry is #2.00, large folding table, places to sit, and a TV. We go out of our way to stay here when we travel cross country.
