Late Arrivals

If you expect to arrive after our front desk closes, there is a late arrivals box with everything you'll need to check in. Located on the side of the main building is a brown box. Inside, you'll find your site map with directions to your site. If you have a cabin, it will be open and your key will be inside. Please be sure to stop by the front desk in the morning to register for your stay.

Wi-Fi and Phone Signal

We provide WiFi throughout the campground. However, a number of factors impact its strength; including things like number of guests, weather conditions, the proximity of our antennas, and even nearby RVs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee great WiFi at your site. Cellular service at our campground and throughout Glacier National Park varies by provider.

Cancellations

Cancellations result in a refund of your deposit minus a $25 cancellations fee. As your arrival nears, cancellation will result in a forfeit of your one night deposit according to the following schedule:
  • RV Sites: 48 Hours
  • Tent Sites: 48 Hours
  • Camping Cabins: 7 Days
  • Deluxe Lodges: 14 Days

The cancellation must be before 4pm (MST). For example, if you are scheduled to arrive on July 20, for an RV site, you must cancel before 4pm (MST) on July 18 in the same year.

Pet Policy

We follow the KOA National Pet Policy. Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Bring a leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations. Service dogs are welcomed but all leash and aggressive behavior rules apply. You are required to pick up after your fury friends. Our pet fees apply to all sites.
