The lure of the road is strong in Hill Country. Cruise through downtown Kerrville with its old-world charm.
The lure of the road is strong in Hill Country. Cruise through downtown Kerrville with its old-world charm. Meander along the Guadalupe River or visit the many antique stores or cultural sites like the Museum of Western Art. Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld San Antonio are within an hour's drive. Your KOA hosts understand road fever-just wait until you see their collection of antique cars. (They're happy to give you a ride, weather and mechanics permitting!) The Kerrville KOA is centrally located yet blissfully quiet, and it features amenities like modem ports, wireless Internet and a large game room with a full kitchen. Potluck dinners, ice cream socials, pancake breakfasts and holiday dinners add to the festive atmosphere, as do the coolest kites in South Texas, available in the campground store.
