General Campground Information

Golf Carts

All golf carts must be registered in the office. The daily fee is $30.00 per cart. You will receive a golf cart tag that must be on the golf cart at all times when driving. 
  • The driver must be 18 years old or older and must possess a valid driver's license and present it upon request. 
  • ALL operators of a golf cart must have in his/her possession a valid driver's license. 
  • Passengers are limited to the number of seats on the golf cart. 
  • Golf carts are to be operated in a safe and reasonable manner at all times. 
  • Please stay on common roads at all times and abide by all posted speed limits (5 miles per hour). 
  • No driving on grass or on camp sites allowed. 
  • Driving with open containers or under the influence in prohibited. 
  • Golf carts are not to be driven out of the gates or down to the amusement park. 

Management reserves the right to revoke golf cart privileges at any time for any reason.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic Beverages are restricted to your campsite, State and County public intoxication laws apply and will be enforced.

Boat Ramp

The campground does have a boat ramp free for use by our campers. Please ask campground office for directions to reach boat ramp.

Bathrooms and Other Facitlites

Are located throughout the campground. Please reference the campground map for specific locations.

Banned Items

Firearms, B.B. guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, air guns, weapons of any kind and fireworks are not permitted on premises. Drones, Illegal drugs & other contraband are also not allowed. Please do not put up clothes lines or attach items to trees. In an effort to maintain a safe and fun experience for all our campers, management reserves the right to add or remove items from this list at any time.

Campfires & Firewood

Please do not leave campfires unattended. All campfires must be contained within the designated fire ring. Please do not move fire rings. Firewood is available for purchase at the camp store.

Check-in and Check-out Times

RV and Tent check-in is 2:00 pm Eastern Time
Cabin check-in is 4:00 pm Eastern Time
Check-out for all is 11:00 am. Please call the office if you will be arriving later than 6 PM ET.
Early check-in is available for campsites ONLY. ($)
Cabins are firmly at 4pm and we do not allow early check-in or late check out on any cabins.

Code of Conduct

Please respect other campers and our facilities. Loud, rowdy or other inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in your removal from the campground without refund or other compensation. Management reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any person whose conduct is objectionable or violates campground rules.

Grey Water

All grey water must be dumped at the dump station.

Occupancy

Our campsite rates are based on 2 adults and 4 children, one sleeping unit and one vehicle. There is a charge for additional people, tents and vehicles. Cabins can accommodate 6 to 8 people depending on the unit rented. Cabins are limited to two vehicles.

Pets

Pets are welcome at our campsites however cabins are restricted to service animals. Please, no more than two pets per site. 

Pets are part of the family and with any member of the family, you have the responsibility with your pet. Pets must be on a leash at all times no longer than 6 feet. When on your site please tether your pet within the confines of your site. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in dumpsters. Do not leave your pet unattended. Excessive barking or aggressiveness can result in removal from the campground. Pets are not allowed in pavilions, playground or cabins.

Fireworks

Fireworks are prohibited (including sparkers): $500 fine and possible or immediate eviction

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am. Friday and Saturday, midnight to 8 am. Please keep voices low during this time. TV's and radios must be kept at a low level. No visitors after 10 pm. All children are to be at your site or cabin during this time.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any indoor facilities (cabins, restrooms, pavilion, camp store or office). Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Trash

Please be respectful of other campers, keep your site free of trash and food waste. Dumpsters are located throughout the campground and located on the map.

Vehicles and Parking

Vehicles must display their parking pass at all times.

The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH. Vehicle and golf cart operation is limited to licensed drivers (student driver permits are NOT permitted).  All golf carts must meet park requirements, headlights, tail lights, and working horn. Proof of Insurance is required for all golf carts.Other than registered golf carts and mobility products used for disabilities and medical conditions, no powered mini bikes, dirt bikes, ATV's, Go-Karts, scooters, mopeds, hover boards, or other battery or gasoline powered vehicles (including children's ride-on toys) are allowed in the Resort.  The only exception is our maintenance personnel using Gators.Motorcycles used for transportation are to be registered at the front office when you check in.  Motorcycles may be ridden only from the Resort entrance to your site, and may not be ridden around the Resort.  All operators must be at least 18 years of age with a valid motorcycle driver's license.

Visitors

All guests and visitors must check-in and register at the Campground office before proceeding through the gate. All visitors must leave by 10 PM ET, or register as an overnight guest.

WiFi

Wifi is available for a fee. Password information is available at the camp office.
