Easy access, clean, quiet. I didn't give a five because some of the sites are extremely close together. In fact, my husband had to help our campground neighbor at 3 in the morning park his rig. The turn into his site was too tight because the neighbor on the other side stuck out a little bit. But overall we would stay again, we would just pick a bigger site.

We have stayed at the KOA many times. We really enjoyed our last visit! It was so relaxing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Thanks to you guys for a wonderful time!

The Hot Springs KOA was very conveniently located. The Kampground was very nice, and the staff was pleasant. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The only issue was that our full-sized mattress was very uncomfortable - you could feel every spring - and that one of the top rails of one of our bunk beds was very rickety.

I love the view from our porch of the pond, the space and amenities the cabin came with such as the pillows, blankets and even towels! I think KOA will be our future vacation home, much better than a hotel and worth the value.

Very nice area- private, but close to town. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The sites offered shade. Breakfast was delicious and affordable. My only recommendation is that I wish you had a second dog park! Thank you!

Friendly and helpful camp hosts. Park was clean especially the bathrooms. Cabins were clean and warm. First time visitor and will definitely return.

We absolutely love this KOA! It's a beautiful area and the staff is excellent. It is our go to place! Grandpa's Griddle is also a great place to eat breakfast.

We love this KOA. The grounds are always well kept. Really like the metal art work through out. Staff are friendly. Some sites are tight but the staff can get you in. We appreciate the shuttle service into the national park. Very dog friendly.

This was one of the most beautiful KOA Holiday's that we have stayed at. It was so neat and clean. I love the spacing between sites and the terracing too! My husband Mount Bikes so he enjoyed riding all 4 Of course it was fall and Hot Springs was really showing off the color! We had a beautiful view of the Ozarks from our site. This will become a regular stay for us. Close to so many activities.

Your WIFI sucks horribly. The park was awesome and the staff was excellent. The fire wood you sell is to hard and will not burn. I loved the location and it was well maintained. The only thing that needs improvement is your WIFI. The WIFI does have a major rule where we pick to camp at.

The Hot Springs National Park KOA is our 142nd stop and we stayed for 5 nights. We only dealt with the check in staff and they were good. The back in sites up the hill are nice if you like trees/shade. Although you are terraced on the hill, the site was level and had to do little adjusting of the levelers. Speaking of the hill, be mindful coming in and leaving for the potential of scraping - we did not but saw a lot of evidence where others did. The store, pool, laundry and bath facilitates were clean and well-maintained and had a nice pond in the lower section. They also had a good selection of analog and digital cable tv channels. Very little traffic noise though close to the highway and easy access to town and park trails. Would rate it a 4.4. Connectivity (6:30 pm): Park WiFi (27.3 down/19.0 up unsecured with little buffering during the day); Verizon (54.6 down/30.2 up); T-Mobile (936.0 down/63.4 up).
