Clean but old, run down. Please stop the dripping water in the men's shower.

Beautiful, well kept area with friendly, professional staff.

It didn’t help that it was hot and not hardly any shade.

Park has very small spaces, did not escort to spot or clean up sites after camper departed. Trash on a site for all 4 days while we were there. Staff was not to friendly. I was told if I don’t like it there to go some other place. Being near a weekend and only one other campground nearby, we stayed busy keep away from the campgrounds. Not a place for our family.

Very nice clean campground. Staff very friendly. Served breakfast & dinner every day if you didn’t feel like cooking. We stopped on our way to Vegas

First your sign is not easy to see for entry. Next is the bathrooms really need to be updated. I had to shave using cold water because I never got hot water in the sink. Trying to get into the bathrooms at night is really hard entering the code because there is NO lighting near the door. The rest of the campground did look nice, but I was just there for one night and gone in the morning.

We had a private patio and it was great!

Usually just one night, but very peasant.

Our site had a little shade from one tree, close to the interstate so we could hear road noise. The pool was nice. The cowboy cookout was ok.

Very convenient to I-40. We stayed a couple of days on our way to S. CA. I can only speak to the men's bathroom the 2 shower stalls were of a certain age and 1 was dripping, the curtains should be shorted to the length of the shower and not dragging on the floor. Other than that the pull throughs are just was the Interstate RV traveler needs these days.

Excellent, clean facilities! We especially enjoyed the BBQ dinner and cowboy breakfast!

Great place to stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Grounds are very clean and accommodating. Have stayed there twice and will stay there again on our travels.

Sewer system was full. Not able to dump holding tanks from my RV. Raw sewage was coming out of the pipe from the next camp. Smell was awful.

We were given the worst site in the whole place. Given that we are members and there were plenty of empty sites I think we should have been offered something else. Seems like the check in people should use a little discretion. Will definitely not stay here again.

Nice campground.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Holbrook KOA on our way to/from CA. We had a patio site, we love the fact the patio was large, level and they had a fence for privacy. The dog run has some grass and it appears they are adding trees and continuing to improve since we were there last year. We would recommend it and will stay here again on our way home.

Friendly customer service person who assisted me with booking over the telephone. Stayed for overnight stay. Location was easy to find after hours. I was lazy to make breakfast love their convenient breakfast outside cafe. Clean bathroom and showers. Definitely would stay again.

Very nice park. Great breakfast and cowboy barbecue for dinner at great prices!

The two people at the reservation desk were unpleasant at best. I did ask for a change of site because we have a new motorhome but they had many of all types of sites available. The prices are veer high considering the state of the place. Cannot recommend.

no escort, no trash pickup, sites at a quick glance clean but when you look close..... cowboy kitchen nice addition. went in office a couple of times no one there. did not live up to the standards I expect from KOA

Pleasant location. Camp site was a little small for my camper and truck, but I made it work. They has a small outside kitchen set up for limited breakfast and dinner selections. Friendly staff!!

Nice campground with easy access to sites. We were able to stay hooked up for our one night stay before we finally headed home. They had a great cowboy cookout and also breakfast available which was great and meant that we did not need to cook/clean up our last night/morning. The pool was fantastic after a long day of driving and the staff were all so nice and accommodating.

The people are very friendly and professional. The site is adequate, but nothing exceptional for the price of $77.00. We were on vacation for 2 weeks and stayed at places much nicer for less money.

There are apparently two areas - one for bigger/longer stays and one for “transient”. We were there for one night so we’re placed in the transient area, which would have been fine except for the fact it rained that night and there was almost no gravel in our spot, resulting in very wet/muddy conditions the next morning.

low voltage, girl at desk said she never heard that after neighbor went to tell her same thing, park run down too

As expected clean, everything worked, staff friendly and helpful.

2 nights. Nice pool. It was hot but not the RV parks fault. Very nice people. We asked for an extra nice and they obliged

I wish the Wi-Fi would be strong enough to handle visitors. The park was not full & could not get good connection. Cable did not work either. Everything else about the park was good. We would stay again.

I asked for some shade and got it. Restrooms very clean. Nice staff and gifts shop. Will stay there again! They even serve breakfast and dinner!

We stayed here for a week. The campground is on the northeast end of Holbrook. There are two parallel one-way entrances lanes to the campground: use the right lane to pull up next to the office and check in. Except for four back-in sites that seem to belong to longer-term residents, all of the RV sites are pull-throughs with gravel pads, gravel yards and picnic tables. Most sites have full-hookups as well as cable connections: a very few have just water and electric (and cable), while the sites marked on the map as being extra long might not have cable. Individual site amenities vary a great deal. Some sites have waist-high pine trees along the border, some have fences between sites, and some have adjacent tree (all sites are open to the sky, though) Some sites have patios that simply have chairs; others come with a gas-powered grill. A few patio and patio-free sites have a pergola, and some sites have small dog pens. Site 66 (likely because the campground is just off of old Route 66) is the ultimate site with a large patio area with a grill and pergola surrounded by a privacy fence. There are also a number of tent and cabin sites. We stayed in site 50, which was the last site on the east end of our row. All east end sites have a tall fence wall on the right side of the site, likely to block some of the light and sound from I-40 across the way. Our site wasn't long enough to fit our 21-foot truck and 37-foot fifth wheel front to back, but it was a designated wide site so we easily fit our truck between the camper and the fence. Our site was level, and the hookups were all near the back. The office building has a decent-sized souvenir and convenience store, with a laundry room located on the side of the building and bathrooms located in the back. There is a large playground on the west side of the office with a single basketball hoop and horseshoe pit, and beyond that is the swimming pool. Across from the office is the propane refill station, the dump station, and a communal area with a large petrified log and a small walk-up restaurant where they serve pancakes and host cowboy cookouts in season. There is also a second bathhouse at the back of the campground; all bathrooms are secured with keypad codes. The best places to walk dogs are either along the dirt pet walk area on the east side of the campground or in the fenced dog park on the west side. The dog park has a grass and dirt surface without any of the usual KOA agility equipment (which means a bit more open space), a single bench, and no dedicated lighting. In terms of cell service, the best bandwidth I saw on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna showed 16 Mbps down and 12 up, and other than very occasional buffering I had no problem working and streaming video. The best speed I saw on my AT&T smartphone with 5G was 86 down and 18 up. I tried out the campground WiFi the morning we left and got 3.5 down and just 1 up. If you're a light sleeper, you may struggle here: I-40 is visible from the east and south sides of the park, and you can faintly hear the semi-trucks as they pass by as well as the occasional train. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Kudos to Holbrook KOA ! We had a Horrible trip East bound I 40 today, the 40 was shot down at exit 357 because of a Train derailment ! We sat on the 40 for over 4plus hours and no way to turn around!! Finally they ( troopers) open up an exit and made all of us head back west bound!! Being late in the afternoon! My wife called and said that they had a pull through site 👍👍😎😎😊😊we were very happy to have a place to park for the Night!! Yes a 5 star service and thank you folks!! We will be back again!!Don and Linn
