Very nice, clean and quiet campground! The camp pulled pork dinner was awsome!

Nice location for a pit stop for a day or two while visiting petrified national forest. Sites have decent spacing, the staff were polite and friendly and, the morning breakfast offering was decent. Had some thunderstorms roll through and it did make the ‘dirt’ areas a bit muddy. Plenty of gravel to walk on to avoid the mud. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

Site # 103 was great. Large and long enough for my needs. The office lend us a fire pit to enjoy two nights of our stay. The rates were reasonable. In fact, we loved it so much, we asked to stay another night. The office people were great We would definitely come back.

We stayed for 2days ,The seasonal showers could use some work ,cobwebs and bugs in the showers .The pool is nice but again the pump was not on so it was not filtering the water at all so there was bugs laying on the top of the water everywhere. The camp store is one of the best I have seen .The spaces are large .

The staff are always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I see the improvement to the grounds since our last visit and y'all are doing a great job. My only complaint was it had rained before we got to our spot and there was a good sized puddle. I looked like there were other spots available. I should probably said something when we parked. Otherwise, another awesome stay. Chris R Sedona

Very friendly staff, extremely well kept park, great location for visiting the painted.desert, Winslow, petrified forest.

We had an emergency situation where our power started to go out after two days of staying with you, we called your office and left two messages and nobody bothered to call back or check on us. We had to eventually get up in the middle of the night and go check in at a hotel which was very expensive. Also, the wifi was non-existent, one could log in and nothing happened. This was hugely misleading.

Campground would get a much better rating if some other campers didn.t smoke weed constantly. The smeel was overwhelming the night we stayed.

Would stay again. Close to both Winslow and National Park.

We asked for longest spot Still barely fit motorhome much less tow vehicle. We ended up with tow vehicle in lane. WI-FI -could hook up. Called twice before they admitted it was down. No Wi-Fi for full two days we were there. Clean. No shade. No grass. Gravel was clean. Power was good. Water and sewer also good. We are not full time KOA members.

CLEAN, POLITE. They are the BEST ALL AROUND that I have ever stayed with.

The staff were incredibly nice and very accommodating. The park was clean and fresh. I already recommended on FB that people rent their cabins instead of a motel room. Food was very good as well.

We have stayed here many times on our trips up north and have never had a problem. It is not the best of parks and we have only used it as a stopover. This time, unbeknownst to us, our spare tire and mounting bracket were stolen. This is the only stop we had made and we discovered it gone the next afternoon. Please be aware that someone is stealing equipment during the night.

We rented a cabin and we're pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully appointed bathroom which is unusual for KOA cabins. The park itself was pretty and clean. The chuckwagon style meals served we're very good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed here for a week. The campground is on the northeast end of Holbrook. There are two parallel one-way entrances lanes to the campground: use the right lane to pull up next to the office and check in. Except for four back-in sites that seem to belong to longer-term residents, all of the RV sites are pull-throughs with gravel pads, gravel yards and picnic tables. Most sites have full-hookups as well as cable connections: a very few have just water and electric (and cable), while the sites marked on the map as being extra long might not have cable. Individual site amenities vary a great deal. Some sites have waist-high pine trees along the border, some have fences between sites, and some have adjacent tree (all sites are open to the sky, though) Some sites have patios that simply have chairs; others come with a gas-powered grill. A few patio and patio-free sites have a pergola, and some sites have small dog pens. Site 66 (likely because the campground is just off of old Route 66) is the ultimate site with a large patio area with a grill and pergola surrounded by a privacy fence. There are also a number of tent and cabin sites. We stayed in site 50, which was the last site on the east end of our row. All east end sites have a tall fence wall on the right side of the site, likely to block some of the light and sound from I-40 across the way. Our site wasn't long enough to fit our 21-foot truck and 37-foot fifth wheel front to back, but it was a designated wide site so we easily fit our truck between the camper and the fence. Our site was level, and the hookups were all near the back. The office building has a decent-sized souvenir and convenience store, with a laundry room located on the side of the building and bathrooms located in the back. There is a large playground on the west side of the office with a single basketball hoop and horseshoe pit, and beyond that is the swimming pool. Across from the office is the propane refill station, the dump station, and a communal area with a large petrified log and a small walk-up restaurant where they serve pancakes and host cowboy cookouts in season. There is also a second bathhouse at the back of the campground; all bathrooms are secured with keypad codes. The best places to walk dogs are either along the dirt pet walk area on the east side of the campground or in the fenced dog park on the west side. The dog park has a grass and dirt surface without any of the usual KOA agility equipment (which means a bit more open space), a single bench, and no dedicated lighting. In terms of cell service, the best bandwidth I saw on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna showed 16 Mbps down and 12 up, and other than very occasional buffering I had no problem working and streaming video. The best speed I saw on my AT&T smartphone with 5G was 86 down and 18 up. I tried out the campground WiFi the morning we left and got 3.5 down and just 1 up. If you're a light sleeper, you may struggle here: I-40 is visible from the east and south sides of the park, and you can faintly hear the semi-trucks as they pass by as well as the occasional train. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Kudos to Holbrook KOA ! We had a Horrible trip East bound I 40 today, the 40 was shot down at exit 357 because of a Train derailment ! We sat on the 40 for over 4plus hours and no way to turn around!! Finally they ( troopers) open up an exit and made all of us head back west bound!! Being late in the afternoon! My wife called and said that they had a pull through site 👍👍😎😎😊😊we were very happy to have a place to park for the Night!! Yes a 5 star service and thank you folks!! We will be back again!!Don and Linn
