Bring your RV, tent, or stay in one of our cabins, lodges or new this year tipi's for some real quality camping time!

See why families say the Hayward KOA is one of the best campgrounds they've ever seen! Enjoy the finest in Wisconsin camping with a huge list of activities and fun for all ages. Watch your kids scream with delight (or join in the fun) with our Jumping Pillow that keeps everyone bouncing. Splash in our 300-foot waterslide , or bask by the large heated pool. If water is not your forte, then we have much more to offer through our rental bikes , mini golf and two playgrounds. Come with your lawn chairs and blankets to relax under the stars with a Movie, and ice cream. We even have playful wagon rides for all ages. When Saturday night comes around, come bust a move in the pavilion with our own DJ!

Don't miss our special events for the whole summer long! These include goofy clowns, caricatures and other entertainers of all varieties. In addition we have the Watermelon Olympics, nighttime treasure hunts and bubble gum-blowing contests. Our pavilion and Camping Kitchen make this an ideal spot for parties and groups. The Red Pine Breakfast Kitchen serves your favorite breakfasts on Saturday & Sunday (in season), with items like Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage & Cheese Biscuits, French Toast, and Pancakes. Our bragging rights include the famous pancakes that won the KOA National Pancake Contest!

We have wonderful spaces for RV and Tent campers, as well as those wanting some "Cabin Time." In addition to our one and two-room Cabins, we have Lodges! Our two-bedroom accommodations sleep 6 and come complete with living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Our Luxury Lodge has the capability of sleeping 8 campers with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two lofts. Our Lodges come equipped with tableware and cookware, even a coffee maker and toaster. Just bring your linens and belongings to enjoy one of our lodges or cabins. Also, new this year, we are featuring authentic Native-American Tipis.

One of the best ways to see Wisconsin's Northwoods is by canoeing or tubing as you float down the pristine Namekagon River, part of the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. We'll even drive you to your starting point! Our KOA is near Hayward's golf courses, hiking, ATV and mountain-biking trails. Lakes for great fishing are even close by! Maybe you'll catch the next record setting Musky!

Stay with us as you bring your RV or Tent, but do not fret if you do not have one of these accommodations. We will be glad to place you in one of our quaint Cabins, comfy Lodges or even a historic Tipi for some real quality camping time. So head on out to Wisconsin's one and only Hayward KOA!

KOA Care Camps

This badge has been earned by this KOA Campground for compassion and support of KOA Care Camps. It is given out following our Big Weekend, and is in effect for one year.

Someday, cancer will be nothing more than a memory. Until that day, KOA Care Camps are here to bring hope, joy, healing and fun to kids with cancer. Working together, KOA owners, the KOA home office and great KOA campers like you raise funds for a single cause: to send kids with cancer to medically supervised camps where they have a great time with other kids who understand what they're going through. They do it all while receiving the treatments they need, absolutely free of charge! Until cancer is a memory, KOA Care Camps will continue to help these sweet kids make terrific memories of their own.
