Too many big trees hard to get in and out. No place to hook up car to motorhome. Nice clean campground.

This KOA needs some TLC, sites are small and way to close together, pool is nice, hot tub is not. WiFi was unavailable the entire 2 weeks we were there and we were told at check in the router was coming that day. Love the area, close to National Park with great beach. Stayed there last year and again this year but won't be back especially for the prices they are charging.

Nice campground, beautiful view of the bay. Employees were wonderful. The location makes it hard to do anything without a car.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, and the staff were super nice. The pool was fun for the boys, and the little beach was quite nice!

Restrooms could use a good clean and update. They smelled a little like mildew. But I would certainly stay again.

What a wonderful experience! The people were so hospitable and kind, the site was well maintained and communication was clear and well said. I loved the attention to detail the staff had, and the amenities were top notch! We will be back!

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly. Hope Kenny I have been on the road and needed to have a package sent to their address ahead of me getting there when I arrived packages waiting in the office in a designated area I can't. I was quite quiet and a waterfront here was very nice We definitely would recommend staying here and we will the next time we're in the area

Very nice campground!! My son and I really enjoyed our stay, even though we traveled throughout the days we were there. It's a perfect location and you can't go wrong with any site you pick. Friendly staff!!�ϋ��ϋ��ϋ�

There is currently no wi fi. When we checked in we were told that it had been out for a few weeks and was going to be back on that afternoon. That was 10 days ago so if you need wi fi you need your own. We gave stayed here before but probably won’t be back. Under new management and overpriced. A few of the sites are nice but most are very close together. Pool is nice but not heated.

They didn’t have WiFi and made it sound like it just went out. However, checking other reviews, they haven’t had WiFi for several months. The site they put us in was so narrow, our neighbors had to pull their awning partially in so we could open our slide. The cable worked fine, but was strung together with cords crossing the roadways. It was not the KOA experience we’ve come to expect.

Helpful employees and great restrooms that are clean. However, the RV spots are not level and would improve with concrete pads instead of limestone or rock. Your septic system was constantly backed up which caused unsanitary conditions. I believe there should have been some refund for your guest having to deal with the inconvenience and smell.

Beautiful property on the water. Loved the pool and hot tub. Kids had a great time. Quiet and off the road which was a nice change for KOAs. There was an ant issue on our site. That's the only negative.

We had an awesome time while we were there. The staff is great. The activities were fun. The pool and hot tub were always clean. Our cabin was clean and comfy. We liked it so much we already booked next year. I can't think of anything you could change except maybe get the wifi working. Thanks for a great month!

the driveway in and out really sucks, we bagged the bottom front of our RV when we left, NOT HAPPY the in driveway is steep, poorly leveled spots, the spanish cove maintenance shop just on the other side of the wooden fence by the restaurant is noisy most mornings, loud bagging, NO INTERNET!!!! not kept up very well, some trees could be trimmed, not big rig friendly,

The staff was extremely friendly and the kampground was very clean. I stayed in a kabin bayside and enjoyed the experience. I look forward to returning in the near future. Definitely a Five Star Kampground.

Electric is in great need of repair. TV cable lines run across the roads throughout the campground. The water was turned off 4 times in the month we stayed for repairs. The wifi was very intermittent. Service personnel were called but could not find a solution so it was announced that they had exhausted their options and the wifi was down indefinitely. The campground desperately needs updated.

Crowded sites, no privacy and WiFi was broken. Travelers depend on WiFi for trip planning. Nice waterfront view when you walk to the pier.

I stayed for three weeks in February 2024. The campground is very spacious and has all of the amenities except they could not get their Wi-Fi to work the entire time that I was there. I work remotely, so this was one of the reasons that I picked the KOA because they all have Wi-Fi. So this was the disappointing factor and the reason that I took one star off.

This is one of our favorite KOAS. However the hot tub jets didn’t work. And it would be nice to have water to wash feet before leaving beach area. Will be back next year!

Everything was perfect beautiful sites clean. My only concern was the smoking mirrors approach to the fact that they did not have Wi-Fi. If they didn’t have it just be straight, but saying that they were waiting for a router didn’t fool us

The site we were on was to tight and between trees. To close to one another and not enough room for one another and your neighbors.

We loved our stay here. We found our spot to be perfect. It was a corner so it was big. Also loved the pine straw all around that keeps dirt and sand out of the camper. The showers were clean and right by our spot. Nice pool and hot tub. The walk down to fish was cute. Loved this little campground

The entire park is clean the staff is super friendly and The amenities are great. I had a little problem with the boat dock and my boat. Lynette went over and beyond anything I was expecting to rectify the problem. She very concerned about getting the problem with the dock repaired. She also ask for my unit on how to repair the dock. House down a very great place to vacation and I will be returning..

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $45/night Stayed 1 night Site #J8 Stayed mid-Jan 2022. Site: Nicely maintained for a place that seems a bit older. Staff/Maintenance: We had to have maintenance come when we checked in b/c we had no pedastal power. Came within minutes and replaced breaker. Sites: We had a grass site with a wood platform patio. Noise: Quiet and very peaceful. Sites: A bit tight but some have privacy bushes which is nice. Food: Decent pizza literally a 4 minute walk from our site. Gas: Circle K with Diesel 5 minutes down the road. Convenient: Right off of the main road (not much traffic)
