This campground was just what we were looking for during our trip. The facilities were clean and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly, and consistently working around the property to clean, set up for the site events etc. We were very impressed.

Check-in and the stay were fine. The facilities were clean. Staff were friendly. The only disappointment was that our site's water spigot did not produce water.

Nice campground with good pool & hot tub. A minus was that we couldn't find a washing up sink and there were queues for the bathrooms sometimes.

We ordered water (none) tons of foxtails in our location. Had to take one of our dogs to the vet to have one removed (381.00). More dirt than gravel out site was a mud pit after it rained. Otherwise we did have a great time and will use your site again.

There were no indicators about wind or fire restrictions on the site, it would have been better to know about no fires before driving 12 hours to this camping area

The sites are so close you can hear normal conversation levels of your neighbors. It does not show you online that you are backed against a community that has dogs that bark all night. Lights from cars shined right in my tent at night. I left 5 days early and nobody ask why or offered a refund.

If I could rate higher, I would! This was my first time coming to Arizona and feel quite fortunate to have found this place to camp and start my trip. You will be taken care of and have everything you need for a great experience! I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you!!

The tent sites were very small and all the "amenities" listed on the website were either not available, outdated, or had an added cost.

The old, blonde desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and just downright made it uncomfortable to even be in the store or office. She seemed bothered by your very presence. I would not stay again knowing I'd have to deal with her. The guest services grounds people (they work Sun-Thurs) were beyond kind, helpful, and friendly. Although we did not stay there because of a high wind advisory I cannot recommend this park highly enough. Our Aliner camper is susceptible to high winds, so we opted for a hotel in nearby Williams AZ rather than risk setting up in gusty conditions. In the meantime, I canceled, uncanceled, then canceled again due to our uncertainty of the forecast. The lady I spoke could not have been nicer. We stopped in so I could apologize in person for the confusion I caused, so we got a chance to view the campground. It is lovely,and well-maintained. I'm sorry we were unable to stay there; but, the prospect of tropical storm force wind gusts forced us to make other plans.

We don't usually use KOA for camping. We are "roughing it" campers, but we needed full hookups for this trip. We were very surprised at nice this KOA really is. The size of our space was very good. The amenities for our camper worked great. The campground is clean and offers all of the extras like a playground for the kids, tent camping spots, and nice looking cabins. Even though it's close to the road, it's far enough off that we didn't hear a lot of traffic. And it is a reasonable drive from the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this KOA!
