Stayed in a deluxe cabin. The loft was very dirty/dusty. Our (adult) daughter became quite ill from sleeping (attempting to at least) up there. We ended up having to get her and her boyfriend a room at a hotel. The bunk beds are not big enough for larger adults so not an option. The internet was very hit or miss. It worked ok if you were up in the middle of the night using it. Would not stay again

We had a great time staying at Williams KOA in the single bed cabin. The amenities were great (bathroom was close, fire pit, table, swing etc).

Although we arrived after office was closed and left before they were open the communication, we had with the staff was very good. Our cabin was clean and comfortable, and the restrooms were clean. Thank you, hope to be back.

Customer service by Jan was excellent. Our party reserved both Deluxe Cabins; DC01 & DC02 for 4 days. Cabins were clean however, water pressure in bath was way too weak. Also, extremely long wait time in line just to get fresh towels. Wifi didn’t work & no cell phone reception for both AT&T & Verizon. The worse part of the entire experience was the rats gnawing in the wall & under the main beds!

I came here with just me and my two kids, 6 and 9. They had so much fun in the pool and at the park, and I felt like it was very safe for them and myself being just us. The cabin was clean, and the bathrooms were overall pretty clean too. We would most definitely stay here again!!

My deluxe cabin was bigger than I expected. Very clean and spacious, with all of the amenities I needed. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. It’s also conveniently located between Flagstaff Airport and the Grand Canyon.

We had a great stay. Nice and clean. Good coffee and gift shop. Dog park in bad shape with feces everywhere. Noise from highway interferes with peace and quiet. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Relaxing and perfect cabins. Great rates. Thank you for our stay!

Cabin wasn’t clean enough. Toilet wouldn’t flush most of the time. Tv/cable in the living room kept going out. Had no internet connection. Water main busted and woke up with no water. Cabin wasn’t the same one that was presented to us when we made the reservations. Although we did not stay there because of a high wind advisory I cannot recommend this park highly enough. Our Aliner camper is susceptible to high winds, so we opted for a hotel in nearby Williams AZ rather than risk setting up in gusty conditions. In the meantime, I canceled, uncanceled, then canceled again due to our uncertainty of the forecast. The lady I spoke could not have been nicer. We stopped in so I could apologize in person for the confusion I caused, so we got a chance to view the campground. It is lovely,and well-maintained. I'm sorry we were unable to stay there; but, the prospect of tropical storm force wind gusts forced us to make other plans.

We don't usually use KOA for camping. We are "roughing it" campers, but we needed full hookups for this trip. We were very surprised at nice this KOA really is. The size of our space was very good. The amenities for our camper worked great. The campground is clean and offers all of the extras like a playground for the kids, tent camping spots, and nice looking cabins. Even though it's close to the road, it's far enough off that we didn't hear a lot of traffic. And it is a reasonable drive from the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this KOA!
