I stayed in a very clean cabin, and the bathrooms were always clean. Staff was very welcoming and nice. It’s very family friendly, and I felt safe and comfortable.

Overall okay. The best thing it has going for it is the location. Grounds are pretty well kept. Could have more fun amenities. Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

Check in was easy. Deluxe handicap cabin was well equipped for our family of 6. Needed some updates. Wheelchair ramp was warped and top tier step on the step entrance was loose. Both of these issues could have caused injuries if not being very watchful. The 3 washers in laundry room were never all working at the same time.

We rented one of the basic unfurnished cabins for four nights. We lasted only one night. I have never slept on a harder, lumpier mattress in my life, and I don’t mind roughing it! Also, the campground is very close to a busy highway and there was traffic and semi truck noise ALL night long. It was a terrible night and we checked out after one night. The employees were friendly.

We unfortunately had a stomach bug hit our whole family on the way to this koa. But the staff was super friendly and easy to work with in adjusting our stay so we had a nice cabin with a bathroom in it. They were accommodating to our kids who were feeling better the next day and had fun activities for them to do while Dad and Mom were recovering still. Did make it to the pool, which was nice.

The deluxe cabins seem to be relatively new! It was nice to have a kitchen and full bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. It's a bit small for 4 adults as the sleeping loft ceiling is low, but it worked well for one night! We enjoyed sitting outside under the stars, and the office staff was friendly and helpful!

Loved our stay here! Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent. I liked it more than circle pines KOA. Id probably stay here and visit circle pines for the go carts and playground for the kids.

There is no separation between highway and the campground. Lots of road noise. WiFi in the cabins did not work due to weak signal.

Deluxe cabin 4 was great everything was nice. Campground was quiet and relaxing. Cable worked great. Definitely would camp here again. Pool and hot tub were great. Check in was a breeze. Employees super nice. Alot of really nice people camping here really friendly place

All the people where friendly and nice two things that disappointed me was one of the guests dog was lose and got two other peoples dogs and nothing was done other thing had 3 washers and I tried using 2 of them to find out only had enough water pressure to run 1 washer at a time

We stayed in the deluxe cabin with 2 other couples. We were all impressed at how clean everything was and sleeping accommodations were good. The front desk/convenience store staff all were very helpful!

The evening was cold in Utah . So we decided to arrive early n upgrade to a basic Cabin plus two additional nights. We were originally planning to Tent only. Was charged an additional fee $59:99 for punching buttons. We weren’t cancelling, plus adding more to our stay . Lady first said they were 10mins from Grand Canyon but actually 40mins ..

Unfriendly staff. Didn’t tell me on the phone they pool was closed. Also advertising hot tub that’s not there. Game room is a joke. Not one game for small kids and rest of them are arcade type games that are paid with cash. Office closed at 5 so nothing to do after 5. Small playground. The toilets were nasty but good hot showers and clean cabins. Quiet environment but unfortunately next to hwy

Jen in the office was great. She helped us with taking our dog out when we were at the Grand Canyon for extended periods of time. We rented a cabin for our daughter and son-in-law to stay in for a few nights while we were there. My wife had to spend time cleaning the cabins, it was very dirty. the floor was very bad. she had to wipe down the mattresses, they were very dusty.

We were very disappointed with our experience at KOA and if we would have had the option to get a refund and find another accommodation that night we would have. The staff communicated in an aggressive manor and we were threatened that we would be kicked off the premise should we break any rules. It made for a very uncomfortable stay, which we were truly excited for.

Our stay was great. My only suggestion would be for the front desk hours to be extended 1 hr to to give guests sufficient time to return from outside activities/tours that guest may have and still be able to connect with the front desk if needed.

Our cabin was warm and bright even with 13 degree temperatures. The bathrooms were clean, all of our neighbors polite and the front desk staff nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We loved the little dog park area as it gave our dogs a place to get some energy out after a long car trip.

I would have been nice if the office/store was open a little later. Clean well kept facilities. Was frustrated with the wifi. I had called and asked about the quality of the wifi because the kids needed to do their Google Classroom assignments. Thank goodness their teachers were understanding.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was lovely. Mother nature sent snow and freezing temperatures during our stay that froze the water lines but the staff worked diligently to get things working again.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin #1. It had everything we needed. My family and I were very happy there and it is so much better than a hotel! I would definitely stay there again!

I want to give a big shout out to the host. He picked upy call at 2AM that a detector was beeping in the neighboring vacant cabin. He got up at that hour and turned it off! Thank you!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk lady was super nice, I didnt catch her name. Possibly a southern accent? Clean bathrooms and shiwer. Overall a nice place to stay and a good basecamp to the Grand Canyon. Conveniently right next to a Chevron.

Although we did not stay there because of a high wind advisory I cannot recommend this park highly enough. Our Aliner camper is susceptible to high winds, so we opted for a hotel in nearby Williams AZ rather than risk setting up in gusty conditions. In the meantime, I canceled, uncanceled, then canceled again due to our uncertainty of the forecast. The lady I spoke could not have been nicer. We stopped in so I could apologize in person for the confusion I caused, so we got a chance to view the campground. It is lovely,and well-maintained. I'm sorry we were unable to stay there; but, the prospect of tropical storm force wind gusts forced us to make other plans.

We don't usually use KOA for camping. We are "roughing it" campers, but we needed full hookups for this trip. We were very surprised at nice this KOA really is. The size of our space was very good. The amenities for our camper worked great. The campground is clean and offers all of the extras like a playground for the kids, tent camping spots, and nice looking cabins. Even though it's close to the road, it's far enough off that we didn't hear a lot of traffic. And it is a reasonable drive from the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this KOA!
