Very disappointed. No Cablevision as advertised on web site. Should have stated on web site campground was being refurbished from hurricane and many amenities not available. Wi-fi was very poor. Unable to do any computer work in a timely fashion.

We enjoyed our stay, even though we had crazy rain one night! Amy is so friendly and helpful! The pool and grounds are kept very clean!

It is going to be beautiful again! The work done since the hurricane is phenomenal and I applaud all the workers! They are fixing everything with very high quality. We were very pleased.

Why not have asphalt or concrete to the pad site. The grass space between road and pad became mud that couldn’t be avoided getting out of the pickup. Power pole was sunken and the heavy rain created a pond around the pole which forced me to find a way to elevate my surge protector from the water.

WAY away from everything. Park is still repairing from Ivan and is partially a mess. We had 7" rain in a 24 hour period. So, the electric pedestal base was under water resulting in my surge protector being under water. Thankfully, the camp manager came down with her rubber boots and gloves to unhook us. She should get hero pay. She is a star. Love our generator.

No hooks in the showers and we were attacked my bugs---left early with bug bites all over us. WE only left the RV to do laundry and hook up the RV. The bugs were horrible. We have been at KOA's in Florida for a month and no issues until NOW. We are still itching and will never return or recommend

Entire area, including KOA has done extraordinary work in getting back to normal post IAN. I do recommend one call ahead to confirm what amenities and services are available vs using the website. The recovery is well underway, it’s a terrific area, we loved the Tiki bar is St James and his he folks at ACE hardware at the other end of the road were awesome too! We’ll be back! �ϋ�

Not ready for opening again. Especially for the price. Dirty, construction, mosquitoes and standing water. I will not be back. The price is way too high!!

They are doing a great job getting this campground back up and running after the hurricane. Everything is brand new more good things to come.

This was a great KOA. We stayed lake side, patio, pull through. 10+. Staff was excellent. Facilities 10+. NO Wifi. Down. This feedback may be useless as we heard Hurricane IAN wiped out 90 % of the island. Have not heard how this KOA did. Hope all is well with little damage. If they rebuild I hope they come back better like KOA Key west did and do it right. We pray for all.

When I booked this campground, the app stated there wer only two more spots. That was no true. There must have been 50 spots left in the campground. The picnic table was in pretty rough shape. We did enjoy the pool. It was clean and a very comfortable temperature. I thought the staff could have been more welcoming. They seemed rushed to get us checked in. No chit chat - just all business.

Clean campgrounds. Clean showers and bathrooms. Bike trails immediately outside campground. Boat, kayak and bike rentals are all close by. Multiple places to launch your own boats, kayaks, and canoes also. Restaurants are close by with fresh catches. Will continue to make visits here.

Great place to stay if you like to fish and want some quiet alone time. Pine island is extremely rural. St James City is not a CIty. There are hiking trails for wildlife and picture taking, if you are into that kind of thing. This KOA was very nice. People are great, space was concrete pad and spacious and the pool is clean We were about 45 minutes away from everything! We still had a good time.

Great campground nothing to complain about, we had to leave 3 days early because of a water leak I did not ask for a refund but was given 3 nights refund, bathrooms are excellent well maintained and super clean, all staff members are friendly and informative, pool is very nice and very clean, great visit, Thank You, John&JoAnn H

One positive comment is that the pool are was very well kept and bathrooms were very clean. But the negative is that there is nothing else to do than to be in the pool this park is very boring in the summer September specially

Was told our folder would be in a hut at the front of property. It was not, they were closing in less than 5 minutes. Thank goodness one of the workers who saw us there and confused as the office is not clearly marked in the front of the property, took the time to get me in his car and take me to the office. There was SO many site available (probably over 75%) and they put us in one that we barely

We arrived after hours and found a nice welcome package with all the information we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and maintained. Also a Special thank you to the office staff.

Perfect 5-minute from home staycation for Labor Day Weekend. Lots to do here and we really enjoyed the pool, because of the heat. Close to everything in Pine Island and Matlacha. Thanks for a great weekend.

the bugs were so bad had to stay in camper very loud wildlife at night in the lakes makes it impossible to sleep not many campers yet the few there were right next to each other

Arrived a little early but was welcomed,the staff is awesome as always brought our car this time on a tow dolly and were able to get out to the meany restaurants on the island can’t say a negative thing about the food it’s awesome,wish our stay was longer,Thanks KOA till next time ��

We had a fairly nice space. Pool area kept very nice. Park clean. On the down side, there are several permanent renters( not the campground owned cabins) that are very unkept, some dirty some in disarray, some with considerable damage to them. I feel that the campground owner and their managers should insist the unit owners either properly maintain both the units and the lots they’re on or remo

Really had a great time while staying here. No seeums we're very prevelent, couldn't sit outside. Employees were busy getting everything ready for snowbirds . We had a very quiet time and enjoyed the off time.

Everything about this stay from the moment we were greeted at the front desk until our departure was nice and very pleasant. The gentleman who escorted us to our site was great. since the location was a back in, he guided us into the site so quick it made it seem easy. our experience has been that many camp grounds, guide you to the site, but are not as adept as he was at directing our back in.

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
