We LOVED staying at Flaming Gorge KOA as they are super clean,family and pet friendly, the campground is beautiful, and staff is welcoming and awesome!!

We were very disappointed that the pool was not open and that the zipper to the teepee was broken.

The staff was excellent. We had a barking dog problem and as soon as we brought it to the attention of staff, it was immediately attended to and in almost no time, the problem was solved.

We loved our two night stay. The owners are awesome. Friendly and Helpful. The bathrooms were sparking clean! The sites are level.

We had a very enjoyable stay, and plan on returning at some point. From the moment we checked in, until we left, we were always greeted with a smile. The staff was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area, and the campground was kept very clean. The host Monty was a very gracious/friendly host (owner), and was a joy to talk to.

We had a great stay. The campsite hosts were super friendly and helpful. Even though the pool wasn't open, having the playground and nice hosts made up for it. We would definitely come back if heading this way again. Thanks so much!

We traveled over 3,000 miles and many camp grounds on this trip. This KOA was the nicest and best we had. The owners are just amazing and we will be back! . The sites are very spacious, shaded and just immaculate. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We were in site A2 about 20 ft from hwy. Super noisy. Very small mostly dead grassy area at our site.Rows b and c much nicer. Pool broken.. Staff nice. Good access to flaming gorge.

The staff was great, the site was clean and fairly level. My only complaint was that the fire pit was at the end of the site, not near the coach. also the sites were crammed in, too close. I was less that 3 feet from my sewer drain point to my neighbors table, luckily they were not having breakfast. we use our own wifi so cannot report on that, but it was between 1-2 bars. Access was easy,

Nice setup and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. The pool was closed unfortunately but we were warned shortly before our trip of the issue.

Aside from smoke in the area beyond their control and being quite hot, the campground and the entire staff were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable…I’d stay again, but maybe at a different time of year….

This site lists Wifi, and a Pool as amenities however the pool was indefinitely closed during our stay and the wifi did not work..You could connect but had no internet. The Camp was well maintained and staff was friendly.

Great Hosts. Fun July 4th event for kids. Laundry room was the nicest and cleanest I have ever seen. Property was well cared for and maintained.

The staff was amazing! They are the nicest group of people we have came across at a KOA! Well ran campground with staff that for sure goes above and beyond to make your stay the best of the best! Thanks for a great weekend! We will be back!

We’ll maintained grounds. Clean bathrooms. The BIG drawback is that our table/concrete pad is situated 12” from the neighboring sewer. Hard to enjoy a meal outside when you’re that close to raw sewage.

The hosts were incredibly kind in helping us learn more about the area. The KOA has a beautiful view of the mountains around and is very well kept. The laundry and restrooms were very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back!

We stay at a lot of KOA's …. This one had one of the nicest host (Tracy-owner) we've met…. Very friendly, answered all our questions about what was around and what to do there … much more informative than the visitors center. We enjoyed each location she sent us to .. the scenery was amazing.. the hike on Green River , kayaking at the marina , really a nice stay. Sites are large , not lined up next to each other on cement slabs … very clean, nice store . All in all it was a great stay and we hope to go back . The dog park needs work but they are definitely working on it. Will be awesome when done.
