Quiet night. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Showers were clean and had hot water.

Website explanations could make the difference between the offered tent sites a lot more clear, especially in regards to closeness to constant traffic and parking rules. Otherwise, checkout was efficient, bathrooms were clean and usable, and KOA was overall neat/orderly.

We enjoyed the solar eclipse from the Ely KOA and it was go nice that the camp host provided solar sunglasses to everyone!

Friendly staff, Clean rest rooms, good hookups. downs were no cable and wifi wasn't working for me. Gravel only isn't wonderful

Great place to stay! We loved staying in the Teepee with our grandkids it was fun! They enjoyed the playground too.

It was horrible. There was a birthday party going on right in the next site with LOTS of people and guys obviously drunk before dinner. They kept the party very loud up. If you were a particular of the party it would have been great but as a neighbor, not so much. And, do not come to this campground if you don’t have your own bathroom as toilets are in very short supply for this number of peop

We love the Ely KOA! While most places get worse over time, Ely KOA always gets a little better every time we visit.

One of my favorite KOAs, just far enough from the town for the open space but close enough for the amenties. Beautiful tent sites and clean lodging. I booked a teepee in October and the staff called me to remind me that it gets cold in October. Definitely helped me be prepared.

Excellent except for the Wifi, which is nonexistent and has been every time we have stayed here (3 times now). I have to burn my data and use my own Hotspot. Love the town of Ely!

The staff was so kind and helpful, and the tipi was top-notch. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen. I really enjoyed my stay!

Nice staff! Clean! Some sites too close to the road and without shade. From some sites restroom too far away and not enough restrooms and showers.

Ely KOA Journey is the best!! The staff is so very friendly; the facilities/bathrooms are extremely clean and they are updated the park is very clean. The Ely KOA is easy to find, quick registration, and the general park is clean and inviting. The RV space we rented was level, good sized with ample room.

We have atayed here several times and noticed they updated the restrooms/showers. It's a nice park at a high altitude so it tends to get very cold at night. However, they need to offer cable. The price is fairly high compared to other RV parks and the trees block any OTA reception. Most other places have cable available. Come on KOA, don't be so cheap!

Our "patio spot" was just gravel with a fire pit and BBQ in the corner. Horrible. No grass as pictured.

Charging full price for an unfinished gravel parking lot with sites that are not level is not up to the KOA standard. It is also a long way to the showers. Until these sites are up to standard the price should be discounted.

Been here several times and always liked everything about it! The new section up front needs trees planted for future guests.

The part of this particular KOA that we stayed in was just a large open area alongside the road. These spaces were called “super” sites and were full hookups but no landscaping other than rocks. The park itself seemed nice a lot of trees but we were outside that area.

Wifi was not reliable! Could not make any arrangements for my work or trip planning. Also the people that live right behind the campground would drive above the posted speed limit. I will not stay here again!!

Friendly staff and level site. Facilty itself seemed pretty barebones, like the desert it’s in. It was fine for overnight stay but don’t think I’d vacation there.

Our stay was only one night, but was our second time at this campground. The online reservation was simple and easy as was check in. My husband and I had everything we needed to be comfortable and the park was quiet.

Got the best pull through site with the private patio and grass area. Very nice break from a long travel. Great open area camp ground with lots of room between spots. Cool KOA store on site. The rustic old-west look and feel are nice Probably the best RV site we've found in the few years we've been doing the RV traveling.

This place is the cleanest KOA we have ever stayed at. Super friendly and such a great stay in the teepee. Great little store and the bathrooms are spotless.

While, we liked our stay the only problem was we had no satellite reception, we were blocked by the tree! Would suggest that you ask people if they need an open space for satellite reception. Only other problem was internet connection, some kind of problem with router. We did notice that there have been some major improvements as we have been there before.

We were passing through Ely on our way to Idaho and decided to stay here. We only planned to stay one night but ended up staying for three. We stayed in a super site which was excellent! We had a ton of room which made pulling in and out easy. The views were amazing! The staff in the office were all so kind and helpful! The store has a lot to offer for camping necessities, drinks, food and gifts. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect stop for us. We were given an upgrade to a larger site. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were very clean. and the laundry prices were decent. The store looked well stocked with quality souvenirs and clothing. When we arrived, tree trimmers were trimming up the trees. Beautiful scenery all around. I would definitely stay here again.
