Very friendly, clean. Quieter on lower sites by the water. We had a site right on the water. Only 1 night and no water due to the season, but that was not an issue. Would return.

Very courteous people running this campground. It was well kept and cleaned twice daily. The only real issue had was the showerheads needed cleaning or replacing. A fair amount of the holes were clogged and water went everywhere. That being said we will definitely be returning...

Last minute I decided I was tired of driving and was looking for a safe place to stay the night. KOA hasn't let me down yet. The lady at the front desk was super nice and assured me it was ok to sleep in my car. I was too tired to put up a tent. I got my firewood and enjoyed the rest of my evening. I had a great sleep and a hot shower. Thank you!

Grounds and facilities are nice, clean. Issues; No wifi or phone connection in cabin, which was a big problem as I am traveling on business, also, people tried calling me for an emergency & couldn't get through. They knew of the wifi issue but didn't inform me which is really bad form. Also, heater did not work so was extremely uncomfortable (FYI, mini splits do not work in extreme cold).

Only issue we arrived after hours and someone was in our assigned spot. He got there the night before and thought that was his spot. We just used his assigned spot. So we ended in 66 not 68

The park was nicely kept, great location for us passing through and the pull through site was great. Water pressure was quite low so I don’t know if that’s normal. It was like that at the water standard and at the shower building. The showers did not operate well due to the low pressure and lack of cleaning the shower heads. Very accommodating lady who booked me in for after hour arrival.

Beautiful spot. Not much space in pull throughs, but adequate for a short stay. We did an overnight there and enjoyed the stay. Easy on and off the Interstate. Dog park was nice, next to the buffalo pen, so the dogs enjoyed the view too. Great breakfast at the restaurant the next morning. Would highly recommend this Journey KOA.

We stayed in the cabin because it was too cold to tent, and I was hesitant to take a shower because I was so cold this KOA had the nicest restroom facilities definitely staying there again the next time we’re in the area

We arrived later in the evening. The staff had everything we needed waiting for us in a late arrival envelope by the door. Our cabin was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. We especially appreciated the proximity to the wonderful Cherokee Restaurant where we had both dinner the evening we arrived and breakfast the morning we left.

We stayed just one night as we traveled cross country. This was a very nice park and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Very nice place to stay. The sites in the front are somewhat close (not sure about the back). Level sites. Huge yard for dogs to play in with a longer leash. Also 2 fenced in areas for off leash. Resturant within walking distance at the top of the hill (you get 10%off with your KOA receipt). Also host 2 live Buffalo.

While I did appreciate my check-in papers taped to the office door, I'm a single female in an 32' ft RV towing a Jeep. I reserved a site that supposedly could hold up to 85'. NOPE!! I was in site 72 and stuck out uncomfortably in the front AND back. I do NOT feel like I was assigned what I paid for. After a long day of travel, a short site was quite disappointing.

We stayed here passing through on our way west on I 40. Nice level spot out back. Appreciated 10% off at the restaurant. Nice people working there. Great for a night’s stay and easy on I 40!

Beautiful, well-kept campground with great playground and fun things for kids. Two Buffalo close by have a very large compound. Large dog run.

Very clean and maintained campground. Very friendly check in process and even the grounds keeper stopped what he was doing and waved to me on my way in. Bathhouse was very clean with very hot water and great pressure. A plus was a great restaurant right up from the campground.

It was a quick stay one night. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Very close to I40 with easy on and off ramps. Very convenient for fuel and commissary as well

I stayed in one of the camping Kabins. It was basic and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a good place to stop for the night.

I've always stayed in my RV in my many visits here. This time, I stayed in a Kamping Kabin. I would never stay in this section again. Too close to the highway (can't help that, I know), and very dark. No landscape lighting, even very dim would have helped find the Kabin. I was very cold . No heater in the room (only Kabin I stayed in that didn't have a heater).

Great place, helpful staff. Kids love the jumping pillow and playground. Campsites are nice. And shower house is clean. We stay here almost every time we drive thru. See you next time!

We arrived late, and no one was at the office. I had made a reservation, and I couldn't find anything outside the office about where to park. So I found a place that looked like what I had reserved and hookd up there. In the morning, before I left, we stopped by the office to let them know. Some KOAs have kept me updated with texts and what to do if I arrived late. This would have been helpful.

The staff was very friendly. The price was right. Beautiful trees & lake. Good hookups & level (but SMALL) spaces. We we're uncomfortably close to our neighbors. (Like it was developed when most RVs were much more compact. The cabins looked very nice. Walking distance to an incredible Indian trading post & good restaurant. Huge dog park.

Another great stay in DK cabin! I travel with english bulldogs and it is awesome we have a place to stay with the cement (cleanable) floors and full bath available. So nice to step off the porch into their ex pen.

Great for a 1-night stay. I was a bit surprised because I thought I booked a site with sewer hookup, but apparently I did not. The dump station wasn't really usable, as the drive was only maybe 20 feet long (we're a 35-foot rig towing a vehicle) & there was no connection at the dump station for a water hose. So, word to the wise, double check your reservation if you need sewer! The park is lovely - well maintained & very clean. There was some road noise from I-40, but the location was perfect for us as we were continuing on west. The laundry area was clean, & we appreciated that it was open 24-hours as we were only there the 1 night & needed to get caught up. The woman in the office was incredibly friendly & we felt welcome.

Friendly Staff and accommodating. Offered to move our sight to be easier to get into when they knew we would be arriving after dark. We kept our original reservation and don't regret it. Sight 36 was beautiful easy to pull into and nestled away in the trees.
