North Cascade Mountains
The North Cascades Region offers many recreational opportunities that range from easy hikes to strenuous climbs; from adventurous rafting to gentle canoeing. Check the Marblemount ranger station for River rafting: 360-873-4590. There are many lakes and rivers for fishing and boating. Baker Lake, Shanon Lake, a few other lakes and trails are within 15 miles of the campground.
Call Langs Horse and Pony Farm to get the whole family a guided trail ride: 360-424-7630. Let them know you saw them on the Concrete KOA web site.
Go Cart and Family Fun Center
The Family Fun Center is located 40 minutes from the campground.
There are several golf courses in the area. Come and stay a few days to try some of them.
Visit a variety of different kinds of museums, from Concrete all the way to Anacortes. Choices include quilt, historical, and heritage museums.

August 1-3 Beach Bum Days
Come be a bum around the pool and enjoy our musical swim! Play water balloon toss, tiki torch volleyball and relax with free Smores around the campfire.
August 8-10 Mardi Gras Weekend
Comes join us for a costume dance party on Saturday Night, a walking glow light night parade, a bike parade through the campground, hayrides AND a flashlight lollipop hunt! We will make this the best Mardi Gras yet!
August 15-17 Death by Chocolate
Ooooey, Gooooey, Sweet and Sticky! Come slip down the glorious chocolate slip-n-slide, Give the parents a Grandy creek pie in the face and enjoy chocolate greatness in our ice cream social! Anyway you can have it, weve got it!
August 22-24 Family Challenge Weekend
Well have everything from relay races and water games, to trivia games, and electronic scavenger hunts! So pack up your family and Come on down to show us what your families got!
August 29- Sept. 1 Labor Day Weekend
End of summer is upon us! Come to Grandy creek and join us for crafts, games, duck races, tye-dye shirts, breakfasts and SO much more! Bring your supplies and decorate yourself and your bike for our red, white and blue parade around the park! In the evenings we will have hay wagon rides, a movie on the lawn, a flash light lollipop hunt and Smores around the campfire! This is one end of summer bash you dont wanna miss!
