Located on the south side of the city, you're just a few minutes' drive from Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy and shops and restaurants of Manitou Springs, a quaint 1800s resort town neighboring the city. Ride Pikes Peak Cog Railway for a panoramic view of mountains and prairie from the 14,110-foot summit. Bringing the whole crew? KOA hosts can help you with tours, entertainment and in-house catering.

Royal Gorge
The Royal Gorge is a canyon on the Arkansas River near Cañon City, Colorado. With a width of 50 feet at the base of the gorge and a few hundred feet at its top, and a depth of 1,200 feet in places, the 10-mile-long canyon is a narrow, steep crevasse through the granite of Fremont Peak.
