Colorado Springs KOA Holiday General Information

• Laundry facilities are located at the Main and North restroom buildings. For the safety of our guests, we do not allow clotheslines on our sites.
  
• Due to safety, dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and any other gas-powered vehicles are not allowed in the campground (unless registered as a handicapped-accessible vehicle). 
  
• One tent per tent site is allowed.
  
• 50 Amp Rigs are required to use 50 Amp Sites.
  
• Children must be 14 or older to check out game equipment.
  
• Park in the space assigned to you. Vehicles parked in adjacent or unassigned spaces will be towed at the owner's expense or charged for the site. One camper per unit, 2 vehicles per site, and 1 vehicle per cabin.
  

These are observed from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

• RVs and Tents: 12:00 pm check-in
  
• Cabins or Deluxe Cabins: 3:00 pm check-in
  
• Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  
• For late check-out (from 11 am to 3 pm), there is an additional charge, if your site is available. After 3 pm, another day will be charged. No early check-ins permitted during peak season for cabins (March-October).
  

9 1/2 MPH throughout the campground. Please drive carefully. No cutting through sites. Damage to utilities and/or property could occur which could cause the offender to incur damage charges.

An adult (18 years or older) MUST accompany any child under 12 throughout the campground. Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children.

We offer trash pick-up service seven days a week. Just leave your tied bag at either end of your site between 8 am and noon and we will pick it up for you! Alternatively, dumpsters are located at the exit gate and near site #0049. Please keep your site/cabin neat and leave it clean for the next campers.

You must clean up after your pet. Failure to comply to any of the listed rules could result in removal of pets from campground. Quiet pets on leash no longer than 6' are welcome.  Park Rule:  No Aggressive Pets or excessive barking.  Pets are not to be tied outside.   Pets are not to be left unattended. No pets allowed in store, pool or hot tub area, laundry/bathrooms, playgrounds or cafe/pavilion area. We do not allow any pets at all in tents. If your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a tent, you will be asked to leave without any refund. There is a $ 25.00 per pet fee if staying in a pet friendly cabin.  Limit 2 pets per site/cabin.

The pool is closed for the winter. It will reopen May of 2024. Hot tub is open 9 am to 7 pm. No lifeguard is on duty, so swim at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended in the pool area. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No 'horseplay", jumping, diving, or running. Proper pool attire only, no cutoffs or t-shirts. No glass containers. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the spa.
