Check in was easy. The site was vey nice and the bathrooms were warm and clean.

One night stay at a spot right on the river. Wished the site had sewer hookup. OTA tv reception was good and WiFi was decent.

No complaints here. The property is clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly, and the price is fair. The WiFi works great too. Since it's very difficult to get a TV signal, it would be nice if there was a cable TV hookup. Also, it bothers me that it's so difficult to get a reservation here, especially given all of the no-shows. Lots of empty spaces. My brother had to camp elsewhere as a result.

We had a deluxe campsite that was perfect except our site was across from the dump station. Even with wood burning in our fire pit, we would get a breeze from the dump station.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Most of the people working at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly. Some less so.

Site 10 is nothing short of an incredible site! The river, the patio (with furnature), and the pergola put it over the top. I was disappointed that we were only booked for a one night stay. We hope to return again in the near future.

Lovely wooded spot right on the river. Very oriented to smaller trailers and tents. Large play area for dogs. Bike/walking trail right beside the grounds running all the way into Carbondale and beyond.

Very pleasant stay. Concrete picnic area pads were a nice touch. We will ask for a riverfront site next time - further from the road noise. Took lotsof pics at Maroon Bells! (after clouds lifted.) Wish we had known that there was no free public parking next to the Rubey Transit Center in Aspen. We could have driven straight to Aspen Highlands Visitor Center and paid less to park there.

Frankly, I do not want to rate this campground too highly, because it makes it harder for me to get in. It’s a wonderful park and the people are very nice and helpful.

It was a fun 3 day weekend. Crystal river was very clean. This included the grounds, bathrooms, store and personal space. My only complaint would be that our space was across from the dump station and it smelled! But the most important was the staff was friendly! Thank you

This KOA was great. Beautiful location, bike trail right from the campground, great staff, everything well kept. The bathrooms were clean and we used the showers there. We loved it and wished we'd booked several additional days, as there is a lot to do in the area. Of course, we had a large river front site and this makes a difference. We also used the laundry facilities and they were fine.

Perfect nature setting. Site on river . Restrooms very clean. Dislike bathhouse light on timer . 2 times I showered lights went out had to jump out swing door open. Owners and staff very nice. 100% recommend. And dogs loved dog run

The staff was very informed about the area. The park has a nice pool and dog run. The views of mountains by river are great. The grounds are very well maintained. Will be back!

What a great find. Nice, clean, small, campground on a pretty river. Sites were spacious. The entire staff were very nice and helpful. The dog park was the best we've ever seen in a campground. We have a 1 1/2 year old lab with a lot of energy and it was convenient to have her off leash. The only negative is we stayed in site 11 for a week which is in front of sewer and bathrooms.

Price was a little more than I expected (40+$ for tent spot) but there are showers and Wi-Fi. Safe well maintained place.

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.
