Overnight stop over. Park was as advertised. Clean sites with full hookups. Quiet campground as it was off-season. Easy access to interstate.

We just stayed one nite which was convenient per our travel route but the Grounds were in desperate need of attention.

When we got there there was not internet. Went to office 3 separate times and told the same thing. “I will get someone to look at it”… finally the young man said he would do it himself, walked outside and flipped a breaker and amazing, internet worked….

The staff was great. The campground was basically well maintained. Unfortunately, the camp is located in a low lying area. During heavy rain season the ground is soft and the roads become creeks.

Everything was fine except for the internet. It was no existent. Bring your own hot spot if you need the internet for your stay.

Great location. Level sites. Utilities are great. Only thing is that roads need a little maintenance and chairs and tables need some care as well. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Very clean, well managed campground, but lack of cable TV and weak WiFi detracts from their score and lack of KOA signage, warning of their entrance, makes it difficult and dangerous to find when exiting from the north on the Texas state road.

This was a quality koa stay. Beautiful campground. Clean flat manicured. Plenty of grass for dogs. Private shower restrooms. We enjoyed the Brew and BBQ restaurant on site.

Had a required medical procedure come up and we could not go. I was charged for three nights even though I called well in advance to cancel. Guess where I won't be making reservations again?

Fabulous family friendly place. Loved the restaurant and grounds. Only 2 drawbacks was the laundry room was small and dirty, and the roads around the campground need to be paved or resurfaced

Weather horrific. Campground very nice. Q and brew was a lifesaver in nasty weather and delicious. TP out in 2 bathrooms. Thanks. Nice stop on the way to Austin.

Very nice park, large pull thru sites, and easy access from the interstate. The dog park is nice, but a little small for big dogs. If you want to stop on a weekend they require a minimum of 2 (maybe 3 now) night stay. There are a few things to do in the area even if you have to stay for a couple of days.

We were amazed at all the amenities offered at this site. After a long 12 hour drive from Atlanta we were thrilled that they had a restaurant on site. Made sure a relaxing evening.

Because of the rain we had a pond at our door and requested to be moved which they did. I wish they had Mowed before such a big weekend. I.e. the Eclipse.

Kids had a great time playing around the lake and taking the paddle boat out. We also enjoyed the playground and giant chess set. The on site restaurant is good too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very impressive. I saw it being built a few years ago. Just now had the chance to stay. Beautiful facility with full hookups located for the newly designed RV’s. Not like 20 years ago. Great venues available. They should all be this nice. BRAVO KOA!

This is one of our favorite KOAs. The campground itself is spacious and open, making for easy satellite reception. There are several amenities, including an on-site restaurant recently rebuilt after a fire. This visit, we opted for a waterfront site with a patio, which included a table and four chairs plus a fire pit with two Adirondack chairs. We will be back!

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
