We were parked in the new area, they had laid down gravel whete the rv parked, and a finer brown colored sandy material, when it rained the brown material goy very muddy ad messy

We had reservations based on our needs (length of RV, Electric only, date of arrival and departure). However when we arrived we were told that the site THEY had booked us in would not accommodate our rig and reassigned us another site and INCREASED our rates. When we questioned THEIR error in booking they said the manager would resolve this in 15 minutes. NEVER HAPPENED! Had to pay uncharge!

You guys need to better manage your reservations for one thing. We reserved, came in, you told us we were a day late until we pulled up our payment and email and you still argued. Someone from the backroom sheepishly came out and said they had made a mistake. We were then escorted to our site. Later that evening another RV came in and said that we were in their spot. You booked 2 RV's into

Enjoyed our stay a the park. Wifi was a little iffy but that seems to be a common place lately. Great restroom and loved the shower.

This is our second stay at the Butte KOA. This is a nice campground. Clean and easy to maneuver. We are both disabled and they got us as close as they could to the restrooms/showers and we didn't even have to ask. This was much appreciated because my daughter is in leg braces. The staff is very helpful and friendly just as I have come to expect from KOA's all across America. We love KOA!

Simple overnight stay in route home. Very nice showers and restrooms. While I did not partake of the breakfast invitation, it seems to be an exceptional spread.

Not enough shade. Position of spaces made it sunny on the door side of the camper, so we didn't spend any time outside.

Friendly and restful. Our site was way to small for our camper but found a larger site. The office hours was not long enough for amount of people arriving. Bathrooms were very clean.

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, we stayed with you overnight. All good again. No issues other than when my wife didn't see the no pets sign on the door and got yelled at by the young lady behind the counter for bringing our 10 lb poodle in the store. Otherwise, still a great place to stay!

The campground is clean and easily accessible. We’ve stayed here in the past and liked it just fine. This time, not so much. We were right next to a camper that had a bunch of people coming and going as well as parking their trucks and cars mostly in our spot. In addition the visitors had two giant dogs who growled or barked any time we walked outside. It did no good telling the office.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay here! My husband and I didn't get in until about 5 a.m., so a SUPER late check in technically, and the employees were able to accommodate that. They also allowed us to set up a temporary fence for our 4 dogs at our camper site. They delivered wood and a firepit, then cleaned it up at check-out. This place is amazing! Incredible staff here.

I stayed for a month. The friendly, professional staff made my stay very enjoyable. Nice, clean restrooms and showers. The grounds are well kept, and the pool was CRYSTAL clear! I'd recommend the Butte KOA to anyone!

It was a great place to stop and relax for a couple of days on our way from Glacier National Park to Yellowstone. Some very interesting places to explore and see while we were there. Great site, awesome patio and very nice staff!

Nice clean KOA for one night to our destination. Clean bath house. The best asset is the manager who checked us in - he told us about how we would be leaving to prevent us getting our rig in a bind. Nice to have someone at the desk who has actually camped and pulled a big rig.

Very disappointed. I have been staying here since 2014 and it just gets worse but the cost is ridiculously high. The prices for Labor Day and the weekend were jacked up and the number of empty spaces reflected the poor decision as many more came in after the prices settled down. Nothing special about this place other than location. Also not doing nothing to encourage people to stay longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful! Everything was kept nice & clean. The campground is next to the Visitor Center and Trolley Tour. It is also next to a walking/ bike path where you can see birds and ducks. We stayed here two different times and loved it. The shower head in the remodeled bath house is wonderful!!

Friendly folks, escort to the site. Clean facilities. Bummer that the pool was not open, but given it was 44 degrees I understand. Wow, a lot of tent guests. Interesting locally made goods and goodies in the store.

Convenient location for what we wanted to do in Butte, however the freeway is right there so can hear road noise. Bathrooms were exceptional and well maintained. Every effort was made to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I wish the laundry room would have had longer hours.

We paid a premium price for an overnight tent stay on a small unattended tent site with no amenities, i.e. electric, etc. the one feature we look forward to in a KOA stay is the swimming pool, however, diving into your pool, gave me a headache because there was no water. On our three week trip we stayed at a couple of other KOA’s, which were far better tended and offer better services for cheape

One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at in recent history. It may not have all the bells and whistles like the Billings KOA, but the bathrooms are clean, the spots are nice and level, and the hospitality is unmatched. Thanks to the crew here in Butte for making our stay better than expected!

This is our second time to camped and i would say: my family feels at home! Because everything we need for my furry friend and my daughter Nikka are here conveniently within the community and most important is safe! Thank you KOA Butte!
