The front desk lady was very friendly. Gave us directions. The groundskeeper greeted us. Our reservation was exactly what we needed. We were there only overnight. Will definitely stay again.

Nice & spacious. Restroom/showers were very well kepted & had heat which we needed that morning. The staff is very very friendly. She accommodated my last minute incoming reservation change due to mechanical issues. Been coming here every year for several years during on our way home. And will continue.

The grounds were not taken care of. There were people clearly living on site. Several spaces had trash and multiple cars parked at site. The sewer connections were 6” above ground, making emptying tanks a chore and possibly not draining at all. Playground was near the road and not safe. The only part that looked decent were the cabins.

Very much improved since our last stay. Entry driveway paved, sites all had a good gravel base, and staff very friendly. Will come back.

Not sure if the young lady’s name but she was super awesome! I called to make a reservation but she wasn’t by her computer. She told me to do it online and she would remember to apply my military discount the following day. No one ever remembers to do things like that but she did. My cabin was super clean and even had some coffee. I even had smiley faces on my check in notes:)

Very small campground. Some of the campers are very old and rundown. It was fine for a one night stay during our travels but wouldn’t stay there any longer than that.

Plumbing in the restroom for the showers was done incorrectly The cold setting was actually the hot and the hot setting was actually the cold. The shower heads need to either be cleaned or replaced. The keypad on the men’s restroom, the numbers are worn off.

We brought our granddaughters here for the weekend and weren’t disappointed. The property was very clean and the staff very helpful. The kids enjoyed the playground and being able to ride their bikes. When we come back to this area we will definitely plan to stay here.

The Wicihita Falls KOA is a nice level RV Park with well maintained amenities and a very friendly staff.

Was short due to travelling-through status; utilized tent site for approx 9 hours. VERY much appreciate to cushy grass tent pad, however if the Kampgound was busy, the locations would not be at all private. Could not access the men's rest room; attempted code and variations. Looks manually deadbolted? Closed for winter? Highway 240 & E 3rd surprisingly busy all night.

Location perfect for our trip. Cabin is pretty cool but really needs a deep clean. Everything was just off. We really love the cabins when we are 1 night stopping but the windows still had install stickers on them and carpet in loft had hundreds of dead bugs and potato chips all over… not vacuumed recently. Staff was great wish I could say a better review.

I've been going to Burkburnett KOA for several years. The cabins are a perfect place for me to settle in and do some serious writing without the interruptions or noise I'd get at a hotel. The people there are helpful and friendly. The cabin is fine. I don't expect it to be luxury accommodations. Even in cold or hot weather, I've been pleased. But it's getting really pricey. Must reconsider.

Stayed for one overnight. Went in winter and hot water was turned off to showers in evening and morning but no sign on door telling when it would be back on. Apparently was back on by mid-morning, but we had no way to know

The heater was extremely loud, so we didn't get any sleep. They gave us coffee but there were no coffee cups in the room.

Don’t make it look so green in the pictures! It is never that green!!!!!! Great service on the grounds with the propane guy, didn’t get his name but thanks. Nice quiet spot, very good amenities. Altogether good experience.

Nice people, clean facility, quiet and close. First time staying in a deluxe cabin and would definitely do it again in my travels without my 5th wheel.

The showers were terrible. The handle was broken on the shower knob, very low pressure.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. Facilities and grounds were clean. Sadly, there was no hot water in the showers for ladies or men. If they were known to be out of service that should have been announced when I made the reservation. We came in late for a single night, really looked forward to a decent shower so unfortunately, we left disappointed. Better luck next time.

Campsites are well laid out with plenty of room. Grounds were well kept up, and facilities kept clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Green. Nice spots for your RV. Some RV spots have carport covers. Bathroom floors are wet from showers with drainage issue. Get propane before arriving - you can't get propane any old day of the week.

Stayed here long term very quiet and peaceful atmosphere with a country feel. Well kept property. Dog Friendly. It was fair priced at the time but I hear the owner is trying to concrete the park to charge more. Hope it doesn't happen to the long termers
