Very nice KOA campground. However the cabins stink and the beds are VERY uncomfortable. The bunk bed mattress smelled like pee and I kept smelling a pee smell coming from the pillow I used (from the cabin). I would never stay at another koa cabin ever again. I would recommend this to others for the campground and not the cabins.

Very personable people in the office. Very nice campground! Noisy from the freeway is the only negative. Although I don’t have kids anymore, the playground for them was great!!! �Ϝ

The cabin was nice and clean. It seemed isolated out in the middle of nowhere with nothing nearby to eat. The train track was very noisy when the trains went by which was like almost every hour. You could also hear the highway which you can see from the campground. I would definitely not stay here if you want to sleep or if you are a light sleeper.

We had a great stay at the Greycliff KOA! We didn’t spend much time at the campground, since we were busy seeing friends and touring the area, but the room was clean and comfortable and the setting was nice, shade trees and a play area for kids. It worked well for us. They had a nice little general store to buy gifts and supplies.

Nice place, quiet, friendly folks good facilities. AC in my cabin was great during the heat wave! Cabin was around other cabins and sites but was still quiet and peaceful with large trees around. Very nice and made me wish I was staying more than one night. Of course it was clean and neat - its a KOA. Store was newly renovated and great with some unusual things to buy - grandkids loved pens.

It's a beautiful area, and the cabin was amazing. The only downfall was the bed...it was either extremely worn out or there was no support from the frame in the middle. Either way, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on for 2 people, so one of us slept on the couch during our stay. That was the only issue that caused the 3 stars, and we hope to come back, but only if the bed issue is fixed.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin. It surprised and delighted us at every turn. Outlets and lights in all the right places. Adorable swing on the front porch. Private and tucked into the trees. Friendly staff. We will definitely return whenever we come back through town.

The outside of our Kabin was dirty with litter all around it; there were a dozen cigarette butts at the base of the BBQ grill and garbage in the grill itself. The large open dumpster (it did not have a cover) on the grounds was piled high and overflowing with garbage as if it hadn't been emptied in weeks. The sweeping end of the broom in the Kabin was missing more than half its straw, useless.

Sundays the store doesn’t open before 9 but when you want to hit the road you can’t wait. Our cabin had construction tools (with a blade) piled next to it. The light bulbs were burnt out so we had to use a lantern. The door didn’t fit so you could see daylight around it and it was difficult to close. The site and amenities are wonderful. Some of the staff were quite rude about children and not very friendly. The trains are quite loud. We stayed in a cabin. The pool and all else was alot of fun for the kids. Very clean and aside from a couple staff, all others were friendly. The store is wonderful, free coffee and popcorn. Reasonable prices.

air conditioning in cabin 6 did work and our night on the 9th of august was much more pleasant than the night of the 3rd in cabin 4. the bathroom was clean this time and we were pleased!

Very friendly and helpful lady who worked the office. Other than that this place needs a major renovation. The camping cabin was very very dirty as well as the grounds and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING!! There was trash all over the grounds, just all around gross. The playground is ancient, I would not let my child play on it, old rusty and just NO. Looked like a lot of tenants, not campers.

We stayed one night in a Camping Cabin. We chose this KOA because you have air conditioning in these cabins. The young lady there when we arrived late was very helpful even after we managed to lock our key cards in the cabin just after opening it. We had a good night's sleep.

The website said the room would be cool and air-conditioned I could never get it cool enough in there to sleep I went and took a shower in the afternoon after hiking and forgot my shampoo I went back to get it and it was gone therefore I figured I couldn’t stay another night because I had no shampoo so will I stay there again not a chance

We did enjoy our stay. Our 1st night we had our own bathroom. On our return trip we stayed in a cabin without the bath. It was all very nice and we enjoyed both nights, We will be back! On our second stay we were in cabin No. 1, and it was interesting how many millers could be in one room! We arrived after dark, and when we turned on the light, millers were flying everywhere in the cabin.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin. Very nice, except the bed. The bed needs to be replaced. It was impossible to get any rest. It was the only downside to the nights stay. The staff was great. The grounds were great. The pool was great.

Great campground, friendly staff, good facilities. The spots are small and close to each other, but with enough space to set everything up, also have trees to provide some shade when needed. It has K9 camp, playground, laundry, bathroom was neat and clean. The free coffee is a nice touch. 😍 We had a smooth booking using the app and a easy late night check-in. It's super close to the highway, so it can be a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers.

Welcome was great, efficient and friendly. Spot /area clean and level. Store was a little low on stock but still good variety. We bought hotdogs and buns for chili dogs! Yes we heard a train but it didn't wake us or anything. We run a small fan at night so that provides a great white noise background. We recommend this campground and would stay again.
