Cement slab all broken up, grass needed mowed, cigarette butts in bbq. Disgusting upkeep and maintenance

Overall very good. Two issues: 1. Codes changed on the bathroom and unable to use until admin in house to give new codes 2. Normally would have used our trailer instead of the bathrooms, but had absolutely zero water pressure during our stay. Very nice staff and very quiet. We will stay again if given the opportunity.

Arrived at 4:58pm to find office closed. Envelope on the door had incorrect first initial of our name which’s tarted the confusion. Then when confirming last name was ours we found that envelope and site number was already taken. There was no emergency contact for help. Nobody responded to the email I sent for help. Very poor experience. No dumpsters were located on map. Awful stay..

Had a space last minute when we needed to escape a wind storm in the desert. Some spaces are on a sloped road and not tiered, like ours, so we had a good deal of trouble leveling. Clean and comfortable place for the one night we stayed in bad weather.

Our Five star Winnebago, chapter loves this KOA. We have been here many years, and have already reserved next year’s stay. Teresa is wonderful to work with, and all the employees are very kind and gracious. The kitchen is really great for our outings.

Everything was just as we expected

The gravel site was very tight and sloping. It was only an overnight stop so didn’t bother us too much. The lady in the office was helpful.

Alex was great!

My husband & I stayed here a little over a week & it was a great experience, the only small issue was another camper not having there dog on a leash and while I was outside with my service dog the little dog ran straight towards my dog acting very aggressive, thank god nothing bad happened but wish people would follow the rules there are rules to protect us! Overall highly recommend staying!

Pulled in at 6pm and out at 8am, so didn’t really use the facilities. Had to as a neighboring site to disconnect his plug from our power. I really appreciated the “campers” signs on the streets leading to the park.

Restrooms and showers very clean. Paved roads and gravel rv parking spots. Overall a park I would use again, but the maintenance men don’t have all the equipment they need to maintain landscaping. There was a broken limb partly attached to the tree over our trailer but they did relocate us. Maintenance men were using their cars to pull the trunk of another fallen tree off of another site.

Very relaxing

We enjoyed our stay very much. We don’t use a picnic table, but the one in our site was badly broken on one side, so needs to be repaired or taken away.

Always a great stay!! Front desk staff are the best when it comes to customer service and entire staff is very friendly and keep the maintenance of the facilities in top shape and clean!!! The only work that is needed is with members that refuse to clean up after their pets!! Don’t bring your pet if you don’t want to follow rules. Thank you to the maintenance men that clean up after them.

We were assigned site that we BARELY fit. Had to ask a neighbor to move their car so that we could leave. He was parked on his area, but we couldn't make the turn. There were plenty of other sites but by the time we sqeezed in moving didn't make sense.

This is good location for traveling to Idyllwild, Palm Springs and other locations. Overall our stay was good. The office is closed on Mondays, so no immediate help around if you need it. We arrived on a Sunday at there premium site #65. it had a large grass area with a makeshift fire pit of red bricks, no picnic table. I reported it the host, but did not see a table till Tuesday after 2nd reques.

Clean, quiet, and has plenty of space. It was the perfect layover on our way through the area. The front desk was very helpful, and on our "late arrival" day, our envelope was on the door, clearly marked with our reserved site.

Two nights on our way on our first real road trip in our restored 1960 Airstream. Check-In was unfriendly and terse. My wife needed to use the bathroom but she wouldn’t give us the code until we actually checked in. Seemed angry with us. Space was very unlevel. 5 in. sideways and 9 end to end. Trash dumpsters overflowing and trash everywhere. Bathrooms unseated, no hooks to hang clothes. No retu

Stayed only one night for we were just passing through. They were very accommodating when I inquired about getting a space closer to the family I was traveling with. Place was very clean with gravel sites. They had a dog run area that was all fenced in and my two dogs LOVED it. They had a nice store too. Spots varied in sizes. Spot #50 was a good size for my 35’ fifth wheel. I’d stay again.

We only stayed overnight but our stay was very nice. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The restrooms and showers were clean, however the water was only warm not hot. We were easily able to level our rv and our site was sufficient in size. The location is excellent but far enough from freeway and train tracks to not be an issue. I do recommend this KOA.

We always have a great time at the Banning Stagecoach KOA - the only downside it that the internet is not great - but Teresa and gang are amazing!

Quiet and comfortable, nice view, too. Front desk fellow was wonderful. Very friendly and efficient.
Jan 05, 2023
Site was not level or big rig friendly. Luckily there was an open area behind our site so I could back out. I would have never got out going forward.
Jan 05, 2023
Site was not long enough and had a cut up tree blocking the parking spot

1st time visit to Banning Stagecoach KOA Journey For 1 night. Tent camping. This is the 3rd KOA property I have visited so far since I became a member of the summer of 2023. Banning Stagecoach KOA Journey is located on South San Gorgonio Avenue south of Interstate 10. It can be reached by taking the South 8th Street offramp. Head South. Then left on West Lincoln Street. Then, right on South Gorgonio Avenue. The entrance is on the right side just past Banning High School. The campsite is situated at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains, which rises up to 10,000 feet above the valley floor. It is a very imposing sight to see from the campsite. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. I must admit I did not ask for their name. My apologies. I was provided with a map of the campsite, which allowed me to find my tent site for the weekend. Each site has a picnic table, a water faucet. The groundcover is grass. It makes it easy to drive the stakes into the ground. There is a volleyball court, dog park, swimming pool, playground, and showers. In addition, there is a clubhouse for large groups. The sites for recreational vehicles and campsites have their own space. It is a very quiet site during the day as well the night. Overall, it is a nice campground. Ideal for individual travelers, couples, groups, or families with or without children. And pet owners. I am looking forward to my next overnight stay at Banning Stagecoach KOA

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.
