Beautiful location! Entire area was clean, there are several long term people there but all areas are neat and well kept. Loved camping next to the river!

I did primitive tent camping after seeing that the tent site with water/electric was stuck between two close trailers. Cost for primitive camping was expensive at $36. Bathrooms from the 70's. Bathrooms were shared booths in a single room and didn't have toilet paper 2 out of the 4 days I was there. Primitive site was nice. A lot of RVs and trailers so maybe its good for those.

The staff is very friendly and our site was well maintained, however it is filled with mostly campers that live at the KOA. It feels more like a trailer park than a KOA.

Very friendly hosts and clean facilities. The creek site was very soothing and help cover any Highway noise. Sites are close in proximity but no worse than most campgrounds.

Although the campsite was large enough for the 45ft coach and toad, maneuvering through the park was difficult. The directions from the interstate on narrow winding roads was challenging.

This KOA is located in a beautiful place off the major road enough to not have road noise. In fact we had a beautiful stream running just by our campsite. The personnel at this KOA were wonderful. They made sure we had the best site available when we checked in and insured that they would do anything to make our stay memorable. We only spent one night but it was memorable.

The staff was very helpful and kind. My spot had a broken water post , it did work but it was hard to get the hose on. The neighbors had an angry dog so my little dog couldn’t stay outside . However it was the best camp I’ve been at as a third season camper. Next time I’ll book earlier. I was grateful they had a spot for me . Beautiful place !

We had a great time one of our favorite campground to go to Mike and his wife are very nice people and great host. Definitely recommend it. The kids love it there.

I enjoyed a nice overnight stay at my tent site next to the water. Bathroom was very clean and hot shower was nice. I was able to do a load of laundry and take a short walk on the nature trail. Very friendly and pleasant owners.

The host were great. Very friendly clean Cabins. Nice little store. Friendly. Happy great place for kids and family, love the Creek. If need a little more time to pack up the host, have no problem with it. They are awesome. Love enclosed dog area.

The park is immaculate, the sites are level and roomy, and the owners/staff are warm and welcoming. It is close to I-88 but in a rural setting. Definitely follow the campground directions to get to the park.

A little tough to get to, but nice little area once you get there. Appears to have a fair number of seasonal campers. Only 30 amp service and only have dump station. Bathhouse was clean.

Did not like that you had no sewer hookup at site and not a fan of koa's having full time campers living in camp ground. Not a standard you would expect from a koa.

Been here many times before and they are always accommodating. We always stop here on our way through. A little off the Interstate which makes it quiet there.

Early season traveling. The camp wasn’t technically open but they were taking reservations. They were in the middle of spring cleaning, but the bathroom was clean , the shower were hot and the hosts were very nice! I would definitely recommend this campground for an overnight stay.

Reason for lower rating is they do not offer full hook-ups. Also, would be good if auto text or email would be sent after making reservation stating not to follow GPS, but follow signs to get to camp site. If you follow GPS you will need to make almost impossible 180 turn to enter road to get to the camp site. I received similar warning from another KOA, related to low height bridge.

The owners were fantastic, everything was great, only way it could’ve been better is if there were sewer hook ups at the sites. But the dump station was easy to use and in a convenient location. Apparently they have a honey wagon that’ll come to the site, but I was only there one night.

We were there before the end of April and when we got to our sites there wasn't any water. We went to the office. They came out and fixed the problem. But once I started running the water it was disgusting. Brown and I ran my faucet and a few others near my site for quite a while and the water was a root beer color. it was dark out and I went and got some water from the office area inside so that we had water for the night for flushing and drinking. I was surprised. That they charge the regular rate when the majority of what you would expect was not available. The people were very nice.

this was the only reasonably priced accommodation when looking for a place to stay for my son's tournament in Cooperstown. This is about 30 minutes drive from where his team was staying. Didn't mind the drive at all because it was a peaceful drive. not busy at all. at times that it got foggy but still a beautiful drive with the hills along the hwy. We rented a cabin (#1) for me and my husband. even though it's by the entrance the noise didn't bother us at all. Cabin has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. we used the bunk as our space for our clothes. there was a small fridge - sufficient for our 2 days supply of food or for left over A heater is also available - we had to use it 3/7 days as it gets cold at dawn. I love sitting on the bench outside and listen to crickets at night. The washroom is about 2 minutes walk from our cabin, which was always clean every time I had to use it.. Washroom I think has 3 stalls for toilet and 4 for shower. Water pressure is adequate and hot water temp is perfect. If you're looking for privacy - this is not for you. I won't mind coming back here again with my kids.
