Our stay was a very comfortable one as it has been before. We were surprised that we were going to stay in another cabin than we have before,especially with a dog. We loved the cabin with the exception of the high-top kitchen table. We needed a table to sit at for a couple of hours a day to work from home and a high-top stool is not comfortable at all. I hope our old cabin is back in action.

Fantastic campground. Well-kept, scenic and serene. I rented a cabin to visit my family traveling in an RV and it was well-equipped, charming and spotless. The campground staff is very friendly and responsive. Outstanding experience in all categories.

Pretty far off the beaten path. Sites not very level although they appear to be working on that. Narrow roads and tight turns not big-rig friendly.

Men’s room urinal filled with pee and was green smelled horrible. Sites are to close together no privacy.

Great location & views. Staff was super helpful with a challenge we had. Very dilligent in maintaining lots and roadways after Mother Nature stopped by for a visit also!

Very peaceful and the grounds were well kept. Friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars was the fact that the pool area needs work. We could see, though, that they are currently working on new siding for the main building so we know that improvements are being made. We would return for a close to home getaway

Very enjoyable stay while visiting Cooperstown NY and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cooperstown is about a 20 minute drive from the campground. Campground sites were very clean and fairly level. Water pressure was good. Bathroom and shower facilities were clean and well attended as well as the laundry. Beautiful surrounding area as this campground is situated around large working farms.

Rented a basic cabin. Everything on the grounds is well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. Great place to camp or just get away for a few days.

The stay was fantastic. This is a basic campground so if you’re looking to camp and enjoy actual camping without resort amenities, this is the place. Pretty view, clean campground, friendly staff, well maintained, area is quiet and beautiful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was low water pressure. Thanks for the great long weekend Cooperstown KOA!

They went out of their way for us. My wife went into the office / store looking for hangers. They did not have any but about one hour later they was a knock on our motorhome door. They went into town and pick up some hangers for us. What great service! I will be back..

Our site was plenty long enough, very woodsy feeling. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One issue we have is that the site should have had the grass cut. They had plenty of notice that we were coming.

Construction going on and farmers in the field next door made for a noisy stay Staff was nice just bad timing I guess on our part

Thanks for being understanding while we make improvements on our store. It was a cold April here in NY Upstate so we had to push the siding being put on until May. Should be done soon and a nice refresh to showers as well.

The caretakers at this KOA were very good. First of all, our request for a type of RV site, if available, was honored. The campground was explained in detail and we were given a map. I love the fact that at KOAs someone leads you to your RV site and makes sure you are satisfied. We only needed one overnight stay, but this was very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay, the sites sewer hookups should be relocated so that they flow downhill not uphill.

We loved the campground but the sewer hook ups were unacceptable. The sewer was expected to run uphill. We camped with a friend that had tip outs and they hung over the next sites fire pit. We did relay our concerns to the owner and with the staff. The water was great, views beautiful and wifi was exceptional. Recycling not explained. Next time we will request a different site.

Disappointed in the sewer drop location, poop doesn't flow uphill!

Immaculate campground surrounded by open farmland and beautiful views; far away from busy roads and congestion. The staff was kind and very helpful, it was a pleasure to visit.

It is a bit off the beaten path and is well north of Cooperstown. It is actually on the outskirts of Springfield, NY. It's located in a very quaint agricultural valley, with corn fields and cattle pastures all around. A long shed serves as a movie theatre and a performance venue where local bands play during the evening on the weekends. It has a concrete slab that serves as their basketball court for some three-on-three action. The basket needs a bit a work to meet NBA standards, as the post has a definite lean sideways to it. The washrooms and showers are very clean and are located at the side and rear of the office / registration / store building. The six showers are in individual "rooms" that are accessed through seperate exterior locking doors. The best part for us was the Kamp K9. The fenced off-leash area for your dog(s) is "HUGE", compared to the small pens at the other KOA campgrounds we've stayed at. Our three Irish Wolfhounds were able to break out in a full run. The only part that we were disappointed with was we had made a complaint to one of the office staff regarding a dog that was constantly barking and the owners were doing nothing to correct their pet. The barking persisted the rest of the evening and we had not observed any of the campground staff or owners going to the site to address the issue. We went back the next morning and spoke with the owners about our complaint. The owner said it was the first that she had heard of it. Apparently the young woman that we originally had lodged or complaint with had not dealt with the issue, nor did she forward the information to the owners.
