The customer service here is pathetic. I’m supposed to be staying here for two weeks. I’m I’m leaving after seven days. I called in complaints three consecutive days not a single person from KOA has ever gotten back to me. I called for a late check out because I am injured and they wanted to charge me $15. What a disgraceful place.

Check in was a breeze. Staff were all very friendly! Our cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Great location for our visit to the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, big campground. Helpful staff. We had a pop-up camper, so were in the 30 amp rows that didn’t have a lot of trees (looked like they had los some in a storm). But the rest of the campground was very nicely wooded. Looked like lots of nice tent sites. Pool was great. Kids enjoyed the bounce pads.

It started just before arriving. The Town of Middleboro decides to pave in front of the entrance. They gave the camp ground no warning. However, the Campground staff kept us posted via text messages. Upon arrival we checked in & were shown to our camp site. Nice place, entertainment for the kids. Staff was wonderful and helpful We will return

We arrived and we had an issue with our site not having a grill . The staff worked very quickly and within 15 minutes we were moved to a different site . We loved our stay and look forward to our next one

On our last day, we discovered a cockroach. Notified staff when checking out. No apologies other than asked if it was there when we checked in?? I obviously would of notified if it was, and felt the staff member was alluding to my family bring it to the cabin upon our arrival. So we left offended and not sure if we will return.

Pleasure our stay with you at Boston/Cape Cod KOA Holiday. There is a lovely campground and peaceful fun place. We visited an interesting historic of Mayflower Ship and Pilgrim Hall museum in Plymouth and Boston.

Always a great stay at KOAs. I’d say my only issue is the visitor charge. Having a lot of family local to this KOA we like to stay here to have them come by for visits, most often for very short periods of time. The $7 charge just makes it an extra expense for us or a burden for anyone visiting.

I had a quiet, relaxing stay at this KOA. The deluxe cabin was spacious and comfortable, the pool and other amenities were clean and easily accessible.

Where to start, the cabin my wife & I stayed in was very dirty. They didn’t want to take the time to check the cabin before we arrived. Then the keurig machine was dirty and the coffee wasn’t hot, then I tried to use the microwave and that didn’t work! The ac filters were VERY dirty & the bedroom smelled like urine. I have so much more to say The money we spent at KOA we were VERY Disappointe

The laundry facility was horrific and they were putting anyone only staying a couple of nights in sites in the worst part of campground. Work crew constantly driving in area throwing dust everywhere from golf cart. Staff very nice just really need to look at how to maintain cleanliness and allow people capability to pick better sites and not put them in supposedly only open site

Nice campground! We stayed in The Highlands area.

The campground was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean but one of the showers you couldn’t turn off, so that drove me crazy because of the wasting of water.

We travelled to both Boston and Cape Cod (Boston by commuter rail, Cape Cod by car). Each took about 1 hour travel time one way. The KOA was clean, well organized, kid/family friendly!

We rented a cabin. The beds were horrible. Mattresses and box springs had so much sag we fell into middle and could not easily get in our out of bed. Lights and microwave we broken in cabin Did tye dye crafts and dyes washed out of shirts that they look horrible. Huge waste of money for the price of cabin and craft.

The big cabin was very nice. Bunk beds could use a little more padding, but then they are bunk beds! Glad to have the sheets, towels, etc and enjoyed the fire pit. Best of all it was close to the train to Boston.

Very clean campsight. Weber gas grill was sparkling. Appreciative of the composite Adirondack table, chairs and double chair around the fire pit. Lovely area! Also, emails regarding check in, special deals, and changes in activity schedules were also appreciated.

The best staff ever! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Just got my camper and this was my first real trip and now I only want to stay at KOA’s!

The only thing missing is the water. You have a small pool and no lake or river access on property. I think your facility is amazing but my kids would be bored after 1 day.

We came to KOA Boston/Cape Cod as first time campers looking for a family friendly campsite (we have a busy outdoor loving 1.5 year old) with lots to do but with privacy at our site. So this review is from a very unseasoned camper with nothing to compare it to! We chose KOA because it seemed great for kids and wasnt too far from home. We got everything we we're hoping for in our first camping trip! We had seen quite a few reviews about this particular KOAs management being not so great, so were unsure of what to expect. We had zero issues with staff or management. The people at check in were kind and helpful, I loved that they escorted you to your site after checking in so we didnt have to try to navigate the campground ourselves as first timers. The staff running the kids crafts and activities were also very nice. Other than these times and staff coming by to pick up our trash, no one ever bothered us! We did have probably the most secluded tent site available on the grounds, so maybe that was why we didnt run into staff very often. The RV sites are much closer together and near all the action so probably see employees pssing by more regularly. Our tent site: we had site T16, it was great. It was the one furthest out from the main drag of the grounds, which is what i requested, so I was happy they were able to accommodate my request. Though we were the most secluded, nothing was so far away that we couldnt access it easily. The bathrooms and showers were a quick walk across a field, as was the pavillion where all the children's activities were. Wecould see them from our site. Even walking back to the front of the geounds where the store, pool and playground were was only a 5ish minute walk from our site. A few things ill say about this tent site are that: the "grass" tent pad was pretty much non existent. The site was mostly dirt. Also the edges surrounding the site did have some areas with lots of thorns, which is probably only a problem for people with a feral toddler like us 😂 and lastly the road passes right behind our site and you can see/hear the cars clearly right through a small patch of trees. But none of these were deal breakers for us and we would definitely request the same site next time we stay. Kids Activities: There was so much to do! Our son is still young so even though a lot of the crafts or activities were a little too advanced for him, we were able to do a couple of them and it was really fun. There was pretty much some type of event or activity going on at all times all weekend long. There are two plygrounds. One is more simple with things like a small obstacle course, cornhole, ladder golf, kids swings, basketball, volleyball and lawn billiards. The other one closer to the store/office had a large play structure, which is good for bigger kids. It was a little too big for our 1.5 year old. He loved the jumping pad and bounce pillow! We also loved that the pool was heated! We were able to swim comfortably even though it was a little cooler in the morning. Facilities: the entire campground seemed very clean and well maintained! Bathrooms and showers were older but clean. The grounds are very clean. The campground store at the check in office was very helpful if we forgot something and was also reasonably priced! I got my little guy some cute souveniers for around $5-8 each. They also sell ice there (i got four bags for $11) and can have wood delivered directly to your campsite if you need it! (You are allowed to bring your own if you want to which we did.) Overall, we are super happy with how our first camping trip went and will absolutely be camping at KOA again! Likely will check out some of the other New England locations as well. The atmosphere here is great, everyone is friendly, staff and other campers included, kids riding bikes all around, everyone chatting around their campfires, lots to do, clean and well kept facilities, an awesome family friendly campground. I'll attach some photos of our stay!
