Clean and well kept! We haven't been since Memorial Day weekend, so we loved all the updates you all have been doing! Always a fantastic place to stay. Our go to favorite!

The first night was crowded as expected but our site was reasonably private at the back of the campground minus all of the people riding by in golf carts and sitting by the woods- made us feel like we were being watched. Water issues the first day too, that resolved quick. The next day they shut the pool down which was another disappointment. Out of their control I’m sure, still upsetting.

Electrical issues and no water pressure most of the stay. People off roading behind our site at all hours of the night yelling and screaming. Golf cart wasn’t ready at 11 when it was suppose to be.

No water for 2 mornings. Had to buy my own jugs and haul water from the Love's truck stop. Pool closed at noon on the Labor day holiday? So no water for showers and no pool. KOA did not offer for a reduced rate since I basically had an electric only site. Could have stayed at a Harvest Host with my generator for a LOT less.

The campground is very nice. Lots to do for the kids. The well ran out of water and we were without water for a full day. That was a bit inconvenient but we survived! Overall, nice park and we booked for next year!

The Campground property is great. However, The campground ran out of water (well went dry) on Sunday morning and they had to close the pool all day Monday on a holiday (labor day). No water in a campground for the cost of $100++ a night for a gravel pad is just terrible experience. Also, closing the pool on a Monday for maintenance on a Holiday weekend just stunk. Corporate should refund some $$

Had no power when we checked on 8/31/2023 for 2-1/2 hours took almost an hour to get someone there to fix it. Had to track down the night hostess just so he could call someone to come n fix it. Then had no power again on 9/1/2023 for another 4 hours. No water on 9/2/2023 then no water for another 4 hours in 9/3/2023. Then no water again when we packed up to leave on 9/4/2023 couldn’t clean toile

Friends lost power for a day and then we lost water. Not 1x but 2. The first night we lost water guy that answered the phone gave a rude response and hung up phone

The water was out of order for over 12 hours did not get to shower that evening, the bathrooms were overflowing with feces and were locked during that time frame the manager did not respond to me. I asked for a refund for one night and was never contacted. when the water was turned back on I became very ill also the dust is a huge problem also made me sick needless to say we will never be back

Site T10 is perfect! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The campground is well maintained and we appreciate the clean restrooms/showers! We will definitely return to this KOA!

Loosing water on Saturday definitely ruined our stay. We had hoped to spend the long weekend with our daughters and family (who had separate reservations). Our cabin quickly became pretty stinky when we could not flush the toilet. My husband and I left around noon on Sunday. The kids stayed but I could not handle the smell as I was studying and had to stay inside as we had no shade.

We got yelled at for being in the woods on the golf cart when people were doing it out while stay. I was unaware we were not a loud to do it because everyone else was doing it and this was my first time here. I was unable to take showers as the water was not working for half of my stay.

Everything was great until the well for our bathroom ran out of water. One night I was not aware that they closed our bathroom due to it because I was not sent a notification. Would have been nice to know that our bathroom was closed after waiting for 20min. Thankfully someone was kind enough to tell me it was closed and which ones were still open.

Nice place to stay a couple days near all the wineries and Geneva but the roads were all gravel and dusty that's the only thing I really didn't care about.

The patio sites are very spacious. The camp is in reasonable proximity to attractions, shopping, etc. We would return.

Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The farmhouse was fun for our daughters, my wife and I to stay at. The oven was complicated to figure out, we actually just used the grill. We noticed several instances where the website is not updated. The farm house only has one tv not 3.( not a big deal) there isn’t any kayak rentals and website says there is with pictures. We did have fun!

The glamping tents are amazing! The perfect way to “camp” with amenities. The tent was very clean, the gas grill is a definite plus!

All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The grounds crew was working diligently to clean up after the 8" of rain they'd had the previous 24 hours. Lots to do for families. Rest room we used in our area was clean. Nice little, well fenced, dog run. Just an "observation", the following of the rules on the golf cart usage needs to be monitored better for safetys sake

Hi! We had a great time this past weekend. The cabin we stayed in was DC5, it was very clean upon our arrival. The only thing we would like to suggest is that you change the shower curtain because it is way to short and sits way above the floor and a lot of water sprays out but we used a towel to spread out. Other then that we had a fantastic weekend. The staff is very nice!!

We came the day after a bad storm and the staff was working hard to clean up after the storm and keep the grounds neat despite the mud. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Weather was terrible but not the fault of KOA. However, I did tell the guy first time camper and he showed me the spot and just drove away. I was smart enough to turn on breakers at outlet but could not hook up septic because line from septic was higher than camper....not ever camping before was not sure what to do. So did not use septic and Iprobably could have gone to another spot....

Some of the grass was in need of cutting, and concrete pads would be much nicer than the gravel. Also many of the sites had random gravel spots in them. Some areas of the campground had extremely small sites with almost no room in them. The playgrounds, swimming pool and activities were great though! It's just that infrastructure could use an upgrade!

Enjoyed the park, but had a barking dog the first night and morning. Thankfully they packed up and left. The rest of the week was very enjoyable.

Stayed 5 nights. Beautiful place. Had a full hookup pull thru site. Lots of space between sites. Friendly staff. While it didn't apply to us, playgrounds are very nice. Pool area nice.

My only complaints are 4 years ok the pool was heated or heated higher. In northern Ohio it should be heated more because it was cold to all. Also we stayed in farmhouse. Wish you all would have kept the daybeds. If you have kids it is more comfortable to have own space vs sharing. Also there is a lot of open space for like a beanbag or small seating. Some Doors don’t lock

We were there for the D Day reinactment in Conneaut Ohio, this particular KOA was right in the middle of that location and Cleveland Ohio. Beautiful campground with many features as well as nice local wineries with in miles.

We received excellent service from the staff. I must say it is clear that this location is now a corporate KOA owned property. Rather than showing the extreme pride of ownership of the previous owner, the grounds are looking tired. The dog park no longer has play/agility equipment. The balls provided are gross. The kayaks are gone, as are activities for kids. Seasonal spots empty. Sad to see

This was a pleasant surprise for an overnighter. The pull through site was level and easy to get into. The campground was in a scenic area.

To be clear, this is a KOA, not a hotel. When I rate the rooms here, I refer to the sites. I have NOT stayed in their cabins. This KOA is under new ownership this year and so far it seems great. We camped here a few times last year as weekend visitors. The sites are nice, well-maintained, and reasonably private for a KOA. This year, we have returned as “permanent” campers at a dedicated site. Having camped at dozens of other places over the last several years, we did not choose this KOA as a permanent location without considerable research and discussion. The staff is immediately helpful upon arrival and keeps up a high standard of service over the entire stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The camp store is nicely stocked and maintained as are the amenities such as the heated pool, the swimming pond, and fishing pond. The camp site we have is nice and level enough that I was easily able to level my RV in all directions pretty quickly. We have a nice fire pit and plenty of space for my family and dogs. We are close to the nice showers and bathrooms. Though we will not likely use them often, it is nice that they are clean and available. The water, power, and sewer hookups are in good shape and I have no concerns about them. As for location, this campground seems to be pretty quiet and amongst a very wooded area. There is a small amount of gravel road leading up to the campground regardless of the direction you come in, but the road seems to be very well-maintained and has caused us no concerns so far. We like that it is isolated, but other needs are close enough if we want them. Within a few minutes, you can get to a hardware store, many food options, and other needs likely to arise when camping…especially wineries/distilleries. Lots of wineries and such are very close. Overall, this is a great KOA to visit or stay a season. I hope you and your guests are able to enjoy this area and this campground is a great place to start!

So we went Off season to visit for a night with the dog and the baby. The site was well maintained, clean and off city. The new owners were super Friendly new. We had a nice cosy and Quiet night. Just what we needed. Grocery stores and all needs are within 15 minutes from site.
