Subject to availability. Not valid for Camping Cabins or Deluxe Cabins or Lodges. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts or offers, including KOA Rewards. Not valid on holidays or special events. Offer applies to one RV site only. Advanced reservation required. We do not refund due to weather or acts of god. If your tent, vehicle, recreational vehicle, bicycle or property is damaged due to wind,rain,water,ice,falling tree limb/branches do to wind or storms, flooding caused by rain or snow, hail, fire, dust or lightning.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please do not leave anything of value laying around. We are not responsible for any injures or accidents that may occur during your stay with us.  If your vehicle or property is damaged by another camper or guest we are not responsible for damages or repairs. If your vehicle or property is vandalized by another camper or guest, we are not responsible for damages or repairs.  If you witness or can identify any person/persons responsible for vandalism or damage to campers or owners property please contact our office or security. Please lock all your vehicles when you are not present. Do not leave anything of value outside or in your vehicle. If you leave your site or property please lock your cabin or tent, make sure your vehicle is locked before leaving. This is for your safety during your stay with us. If you decide to leave before your scheduled day of departure no refund will be given. Management has the right to refuse refunds or change the rules to better fit the situation. At any time management can ask you and your entire party/group/guest to leave property with out a refund. If you have a bug issue we do not refund until we have a paid company come in and inspect to make sure of any bug issue. If no issue is found no refund will be given. Proof of inspection can be emailed to registered guest email. Any refund request must be approved by management and may take up to 7 days to refund if approved.
