Need Camping and Cabin Rates? To find rates: Please see the top, right hand corner, titled "Reserve Now or Check Rates". Click on the "Reserve Now" button (don't worry, you do not need to complete a reservation). The information you enter (dates, type of site or cabin preferred, number of people) will generate an exact rate.

Lots of deluxe cabins with bathrooms to choose from! Our "Lodges": Our full size kamping lodges/deluxe cabins have a rustic feel with “log” wood siding and walls and wood floors. These beautiful units each have a separate room with a queen bed, a living area with a couch and tv/dvd player, (including cable), and a full kitchen with a dining room table. Each unit has bunk beds, although each is configured differently. They are air conditioned and heated. (Sleeps up to six, maximum of four adults. The 36 foot could sleep 7 or 8 with permission.)

Our studio lodges also have the more rustic feel of a cabin, but are smaller at 18 x 11. The queen bed is in the main room, along with a small table, TV/DVD (no cable), a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a separate room for the bunk beds and a full bathroom with a shower. These units are air conditioned and heated. (Sleeps up to four, maximum of three adults with one in bunk bed.)

Outside of the lodges, there is a fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table and four to six wooden chairs.

Other Things to Do at the Saco/Old Orchard Beach KOA: Enjoy our heated pool, playground, game room, basketball and volleyball courts as well as our planned activities (special weekends and every day from the end of June through Labor Day)! Fire pits are located at every site, with wood sold at the store and delivered to your site. Don't forget to try our world-famous blueberry pancakes and Belgian waffles for breakfast! Great pizza or hamburgers/hot dogs on the grill plus desserts served in the summer.

Area Activities

Another great aspect of the Saco/Old Orchard Beach KOA is our area's location. We are just off Route One, where you will find all the conveniences you'll need. Good restaurants, things to do and easy access to almost everything are all nearby. Funtown/Splashtown (1/4 mile), Aquaboggan Water Park (1.5 miles), the beaches at Old Orchard Beach (3-4 miles), and Scarborough Marsh (4 Miles) are some examples. Also, lighthouses abound in this area and we can give you directions to several nearby.

You will also find that we are easily accessible to and from the Maine Turnpike and that we are centrally located. We are only a 15-20 minute drive to Portland and less than a half an hour to Kennebunkport. Freeport (and LL Bean!) is just a half-hour drive away. Points south of Kennebunkport (Ogunquit, York and Kittery) are no more than 45 minutes to an hour away. Beaches We are located only three miles from the longest stretch of sandy beach in Maine, Old Orchard Beach. In addition, you can enjoy smaller and quieter beaches, such as Ferry Beach State Park, Camp Ellis, Biddeford Pool, Higgins Beach and Pine Point Beach.

L.L. Bean Shop the famous L.L. Bean store in Freeport, approx. 30 miles north, plan time to hit some of the other, many outlet stores as well.
