Oscoda KOA Candy Hunts
Every Friday evening (Memorial Day - Labor Day) we have a flashlight candy hunt for the kids in our "backyard" (behind the camp store). This is a free event and all kids meet in the back of the store with their jammies on with a flash light and a bag for candy collection. This event is sooo much fun, the kids just love it (we think the parents do too because they secretly steal the candy from the kids)! So come see for yourself- the Oscoda KOA's Candy Hunt for Kids!
Jumping Pillow $
Fun for all ages on our (67x33 foot) giant jumping pillow! (Daily charge $5.00- wristbands available in the kamp store, parent must sign for child to jump).

Meet Your Hosts
"It's our hope and goal to always provide our guests with the same kind of wonderful camping experiences we've had through the years."
We’re the Eller family. Mike and Robin Eller, and Michael and Jennifer Eller and we are excited to be the owners and your hosts at the Oscoda KOA! Our love of camping started over 35 years ago when we would go camping with a two-man “pup tent” strapped to the headlight of the motorcycle, and a couple sleeping bags strapped to the backrest. The thousands of miles we traveled, the places we went, and the sights we saw are too numerous to mention. Sure, there were times when we were cold and wet; or the ground under the sleeping bag was hard and lumpy. But, there was always something about the love of the outdoors, the sound of the wood crackling in the campfire, the bright stars overhead, and the wind blowing through the trees that made us anxious to go again.
As great as our love of the outdoors is, we love the people interaction side of camping even more. We will never forget how after one of those cold, wet nights in the pup tent, the couple in the site next to us invited us to their site for coffee and breakfast. We had never seen these people before crawling out of the tent that morning. Yet, they invited us to join them for breakfast, coffee, and the warmth of their fire. How wonderful was that?
Through the years as our family grew, we went from the pup tent, to larger tents, to huge multi-room tents, and then to even larger multi-room RVs. In our travels, we learned the type of things that draw tent campers and RVers to a park. We’ve also learned a lot of the things they don’t like.
In 2007 we decided we wanted to get into the campground business. When we first saw the park, we thought it was one of the prettiest and most peaceful we had ever seen and we fell in love with it at first sight. We found and bought the Oscoda KOA in mid-season that year.
We made plans for changes that would make the Oscoda KOA an even better family oriented park. Check out our photo gallery and see some of the changes we've already made. More improvements are in the works. Come join us now and in the years to come as we work to make the Oscoda KOA the premier RV Park and Kampground in the region!
It's our hope and goal to always provide our guests with the type of wonderful kamping experiences we've had through the years. Ones that will make them want to return over and over again.
God Bless,
The Eller family
