We offer monthly camping during our off-season from Nov 1 until April 1. Sites include pull-thru, concrete patio, city water, double drop sewage, and electric (20/30/50) for $625 per month+electric. Restrictions:

2 car max, 2 dog max, 1 unit per site, no extra storage such as sheds, boats, pop-ups, playgrounds, building materials, or any personal items that are not meant for camping that make the site look cluttered/live in.
Pets must be kept on a leash and MUST be cleaned up after. No, the snow does not resolve their poop!
Rent & electric are due on the 1st of each month.
Site rent includes city water, sewage, 20/30/50 amp metered electric, concrete patio, gated park, free Wifi.

Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion offer at any time. *No parties/events/large gatherings-This will lead to eviction of all guests with no refund of reservation charges, no deposit return, and additional cleaning fees. *Small family gatherings/ birthday parties MUST be pre-arranged with the KOA manager. *Changing or canceling 7 days or less before your arrival date will result in a forfeit of your deposit. *Canceling outside of the 7 days, you will receive your deposit back MINUS $20 cancellation fee. *By booking and making payment for the reservation, the guest acknowledges his(her) awareness of and consents to adhere to the policies outlined in these email terms and conditions.
