Tent Reviews

I enjoyed the stay! Liked the location the best about it, being close to Leander but not big city issues. The only part about my stay I did not like was being asked if I were camping! Hand three people ask me that same question. Tent sites were right in front of storage lot enterence!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay, come back soon. KOA Staff

Even though you don't have a tent site it was a delight to have a camping spot under a tree. Your staff was also very warm and friendly over the phone (we didn't interact in person considering our late arrival and early departure) but it was a great place to stop and sleep!

Merry and the entire staff were fantastic,I camp when I go to KOA and they made me feel warm and welcomed, even with a major temp drop and rain. They get my highest praises across the board.

Thank you for your great review! We love you too.

The directions to this KOA were very confusing and it took two hours to find it. My gps could. It find it either. The tent site I has was a small patch of grass between a road and parking lot. This KOA does not appear to encourage tent camping. The rest if the facilities were very nice and clean.

We apologize that you had some difficulty in locating our park, we have new streets that do not show up on GPS, especially if the GPS is not updated. We also have excellent directions on our website and in the KOA directory. We appreciate your feedback and we will improve on this soon. Thanks, KOA

This is a RV and cabin park only. When we arrived we were put in an overflow area that did not even have a table for us to use even though we were charged $40/ night. It was a rocky, steep slope, no water or fire pit either. The owner did give us a better site, in front of a cabin, after my husband complained. The bathrooms and pool are nice, but don't plan to tent camp.

It was great, clean, the stayy super friendly and helpful. This was my first time staying in a KOA and I will definitely be returning and using others.
