The patio site had something to be desired. Members of our party (4 families) had unlevel campsites. Children in our party purchased cap guns at the stores and then we were told they could not use them at the campground because other campers complain yet it was not during quiet hours and they were using them at our sites.

We're sorry that you were unhappy with the patio site, they are our highest requested/enjoyed sites we have. Any time we receive complaints we do our best to address them respectfully. We did not ask your children to not use the guns, but to be courteous of neighbors, which is part of our guidelines

This campground offers a peaceful and serene experience in the heart of Hocking Hills. The care and attention of the staff to the grounds, facilities and their guests are second to none. The heated pool with thar view was just icing on the cake!

We enjoyed our stay loved that wood could be delivered for us! Kids loved the gem mine. Just wish by the back tenting area was an area for toilet

Campground was clean. But site definitely needed some maintenance. Fell on the tree roots and uneven site. Pool was nice. They need to pressure the county to maintain the road in. Sewer was very far from other utilities. Pretty much all utilities were stretched to their limits. It would be nice to pick your own site on reservation. Huge difference in quality of same level of site

The stay was great. I was impressed with how well maintained the campground was. As we were travelling with young children, we found the unisex bathrooms very helpful. Staff was friendly and very efficient.

Hocking Hills KOA had the nicest and cleanest bathrooms I've ever experienced at a campground. The pool was a big hit also. All staff were kind and helpful.

Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Loved being able to have pizza delivered!! Delicious ice cream and fudge was fabulous � Enjoyed the pool!

We have stayed several years at the same location. Love the site and the atmosphere. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, the included activities like movies, pudding slide, etc. have diminished. The last few years we've smelled marijuana which was extremely disappointing but isn't necessarily the fault of campground . Bathrooms and pool always clean. Thanks for a great time!

Good: 1.Very clean/well kempt. The toilets/showers were the best I've seen. 2.Very quiet. Not-so-good: 1.Fix road in/out of camp! Extremely bumpy. Even though I was driving only 5 mph, it caused my automatic brake pin to pull out of my trailer as I was entering the main road. A very dangerous situation to fix on a narrow highway. 2.Fire rings were too small & w/out grates

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We work hard to keep the ground and amenities in pristine condition for our guests. The township road into our grounds can be tricky, but is a battle we take up with the township continually- always asking for better repair/conditions from them.

Our stay was great. Nice friendly check in people. Beautiful setting and loved the lay out of spots. You had room to move about your site. Would recommend. Only thing is the township road leading up to KOA is very bumpy .

It is very beautiful & amenities are great if you are staying as a vacation. Everyone was very nice & helpful. However it is very expensive if you just need an overnight stay. They never returned my two calls trying to get a reservation. Every thing is up & down hill & nearly impossible to level your unit. Even walking around is difficult. We would not stay there again.

Unfortunately we do miss some calls when the store/check in's are busy & only 1 person is responsible for both. While we missed your calls, we did open our doors after we were closed and made sure that you got a discounted stay after your long day. I'm sorry you felt your stay was not recommendable.

Best kept KOA I have stayed at. Great pizza, ice cream, landscaping. Adequate gravel, paved where needed, excellent drainage, large sites, neat as a pin. pool clean and clear, gem mining is a blast. Have you thought about shredded tires rather than mulch for tent sites? Yikes that mulch is messy.

Great campground. Only complaint is we had to buy our firewood, which wasn't cheap. Pool was a huge bonus considering the sweltering heat. Some sites were very close to each other, but ours was secluded and very nice. LOTS of poison ivy on the hillside along the front side of the campground so beware. All staff were nice/welcoming. Our kids loved the gem mining. Delicious fudge as well!!

Pros: Clean campground with very attentive staff. Nice camp store. Very close to the state park. Cons: Was the most expensive KOA we ever stayed at with the least amount of extra amenities. Sites are built into very hilly topography that are a challenge to level.

Thank you for sharing your pros and cons. We do have terrain true to the name of Hocking Hills but work hard to create level areas for people to enjoy both the hills and level camping. Unfortunately, the cost of operating and offering quality services to guest have climbed and our prices reflect.

Another enjoyable week at our favorite campground. Great campsite. Nice pool. Good pizza & ice cream. Plenty to do. Staff was great. Has been an annual trip with grandchildren for several years now. Looking forward to next year!

Being that it was a holiday weekend we expected more activities. There really was not much to do for kids. We were really disappointed.

Super clean, wonderful staff. Beautiful campground. Nice nature trail. On site pizza, wings, ice cream, and fudge. Camp store is more than adequate. Very winding main road in and steep road into campground as others mentioned. Just take it slow. Sites can be tricky to level a long RV but doable. Close to lots of hiking trails and sightseeing. Would recommend highly.

Nice facilities, but nothing to make it stand out. The RC car track could be replaced with a playground or mini golf or a jumping pillow to give kids more to do.

Although the campground was clean and well kept it was lacking in amenities that we have come to expect from other KOA's, such as adequate play area for kids, mini-golf, a fishing pond, activities and entertainment. The less expensive sites were lacking space for lawn chairs. I'm not sure if KOA membership is worth the cost anymore. Next time we might try a private family owned campground.

While each KOA is owned/operated differently, we pride ourselves on providing a beautiful space for families to enjoy the Hocking Hills. We offer activities and the majority of the time have little to no attendee's as many are out exploring.

Very clean and well maintained. I just wish they had a lake to fish and more dump stations. Staff was polite and well mannered.

Absolutely a lovely campground. One of my best stays at any KOA during all my years of traveling. Super clean, well maintained grounds, fantastic customer service and so much more. Thoroughly enjoyed the SiriusXM by the pool and the music in the restroom/showers. Full satellite television service with decent TV screen size, and fast wifi. Thanks for a wonderful time in beautiful Hocking Hills!!

The site was good; large enough to not feel too close to other campers. The internet connection was very good. Cable channels were okay. The pool was clean and enjoyable. We enjoyed the ice cream from the camp store and the evening purchase discount. We did not get the morning breakfast pizza we ordered the night before. We were disappointed, but were told that our credit card would be reimbursed.

Campground and facilities are very clean. Staff is very friendly. Nice selection of food, especially pizza and fudge. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Overall one of the best KOAs. Most KOAs are not as good as they were in the past - this one still is great

Needed lots of leveling blocks. Excellent location for visiting all the Hocking Hills attractions. Campsites were nicely spaced. Nice dog park. Latrines were always clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wi fi
