The staff was friendly enough at check in. Our site was freshly graded which left it very dusty, not many people Went the speed Limit which caused dust flying everywhere. It was only for one night so we didn’t complain. They had several other sites that were in much better condition than the one they put us in so not sure why they put us there. Lots of open sites. Plus is it’s right off hig

Horrible. Staff called as we were enroute demanding we hurry as they wanted to close early. It was 3:30 pm and office closed at 7. We arrived at 6 and 4 other rigs arrived after us! Sites are muddy, uneven and they do NOT have Hunt Brothers Pizza! Can't believe this dump is a KOA

The rating would be higher if the roads were better maintained. Having said that the sites were clean and everthing was in good working order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again. Please grade the roads�

Great for our one night stay enroute to Florida. Basic "Journey" KOA but all we needed. There is a Publix next door and a liquor store too. Publix let us bring their cart to the campground to unload, and of course we returned it. Friendly staff.

Wet weather has not helped the look of the place. Nevertheless its general appearance is a place that is not well looked after. Way too much dog poop left uncollected everywhere and the permanent sites are very poorly maintained. We had been there several years ago and were looking forward to our return. We are very disappointed.

The campground is in transition and is currently being worked on. I can see the improvements to the playground and other areas. The spaces need work and they do have wifi but it is unusable. I am disappointed with the wifi not being able to connect. I was told if I had an antenna I could scan for channels and no cable option.

We had an overnight stay while traveling and everything was great. Wonderful hot showers and the restrooms were very clean. We'd use this KOA again.

We just stayed 1 night. Pull through site was close to entrance and bath house. Everything was clean and stone pad was very level. We were satisfied.

Conveniently located as we were touring Charlotte NC. Small but amazingly clean, restrooms looked brand new. Staff was friendly & helpful. If I had a complain-we were rained out one whole day and our site was flooded - clay, mud and water standing. NOT the park's fault, I understand, but there were other sites that were paved & not being used - why weren't we given one of those to state with?

Large back-in sites with trees. Super convenient. Nice people. Food truck hamburgers next door are great and you can walk to Publix. WiFi is much improved and lots of OTA tv channels. Surprised this is not a KOA holiday.

Great location and tremendous assistance by the camp staff to get us hooked up and set at our spot. Met all expectations while overcoming some construction and other guest challenges. Campground facilities clean and well maintained. Campground could use some additional internal signage but once utility construction is complete. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the campground, KOA's are the best but while here overnight our GFI switch kept popping. We had no plug power in our coach. We thought it was our rig but it was the campground electric. We've had no problem since leaving there.

Stayed overnight. Muddy gravel campground area for the over night crowd. Not like the nicer camp area over the fence for longer termers. Sewer pipe did not have threads to hold sewer drain tube from camper securely. Had to hold drain in with rocks and a brick. Not impressed at all.

The campground was clean and bathrooms were nice. The campground could use some TLC and landscaping. It's better than a parking lot, but with all the gravel and dirt it was not much better. Otherwise, it was quiet and met my needs. I would consider staying elsewhere in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground however is in horrible shape. Water pressure was very low and we woke up to the site being several inches underwater and muddy. Site was very unlevel , roads inside campground desperately need repair and just an overall disappointing stay for almost $70 a night.

It was too noisy! Construction vehicles were passing my site starting at dawn on the morning I was there. KOA staff should have assigned me a site on the campground's opposite (less noisy) side. This KOA campground was not very busy and ample sites elsewhere were available. I'm sure the situation I experienced was not the norm as I've stayed at the campground numerous times in the past.

We really liked the concrete pad, in the premium concrete pull through patio site. BUT, this is not a premium site, as compared to other KOAs. The picnic table was pretty rickety. And while super level, the site wasnt worth $100. Current off site construction means huge dump trucks start rolling through at 8 am, and take up the driveways and cause massive dust. Staff was friendly.

This is a great spot when traveling to stop over. Easy access. Publix within 3 minute walk. Bathrooms and laundry are clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We We will definitely use them again when traveling.

Small KOA, easy to access, spots were large. Check IN office has limited hours but you're able to arrive after hours.
