Great place. Close to the expressway but still no highway noise. Convenient propane refill station. Mini golf open year round. And, in the summer, the pool is great. New upgrades to the park recently. And, looks like some upgrades happening to a few of the campsites. A little washout in front of our site that made it a little difficult to hook up as we left. But this looked to be recent.

It is an easy stop for overnight, very nice to work with. Called when we were coming after 5pm. Will use it again.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay while we were traveling to Florida. Very nice campground. Very helpful in finding us a good restaurant for the evening. TWF's (great place)

Unfortunately the main heater in our cabin did not work. By the time we got to cabin that evening the office was closed. It was 23 degrees outside. When i mentioned it the next day upon checkout, they showed no concern or empathy. I also was with my 6 year old daughter. We were freezing.

Roads were full of pot holes. Other than that stay comfortable and good location right off 77.

From the start Very unhappy the racially profiled me and my daughter walked in to find out information on Renton a cabin she told me she didn’t have anything available. I said that’s weird because online you do she said what we have one. The people were great. The sites are not very level. Mostly small gravel and dirt. No grass. City doing water main work so the park and entry is a mess. Might try again in a year to see what its like then.

Staff made us feel like an inconvenience to them. Unfriendly & cold. Water was intermittent (been nice to know that before we rented a spot for a week). Electrical problem with our entire row of campers. 3 different camp spots (including ours) had pets get electrocuted. Had to move spots mid-week. Fenced pet area covered in dog poop. Extended stay process entirely to much paperwork. Charge guests?

It was our first time with a camper. Mark was extremely helpful and also taught us a lot about campers. Much appreciated!

Convenient. Lots of construction. Minimal amenities. Stayed in winter and the cabin was FREEZING even with the heat on. There was cold air coming through the floor and bathroom. Woke up numerous times in the middle of the night because of how cold it was and the "after hours" line on the flyer was colored off so there was no way to reach anyone.

Good location and friendly staff. The roads on the grounds are an absolute mess. Would be better to just be gravel rather than pitted asphalt. Miserable for dog walking. Overall just not impressed with the property.

The h20 hasn’t worked in the bathhouse in the 1 1/2 years we have stayed when visiting family since moving across the country. 7 total stays(kabins and RV). The h20 was not working about a year before the signs were put up blaming it on the city. Do better. Hygiene is important.

Easy to find. Lots of convenient shopping nearby. Staff was great. Park was very quiet at night.

Nice park, easy to locate but people were allowed to set off fireworks until 2 am... internet service was not good.... nice park but they need to enforce the quiet time posted for those that wish to sleep.

Most spaces appear to be on a grade. I was upgraded at no charge but given a space that was too small for my trailer.

There was not a map or reservation in the box when we arrived about 8:00. The roads in this park are terrible and the speed bumps are horrible even at a crawl over them. The spot was nice once we found it. I had gotten a premium pull through site and it was pretty level and had good access. I had to call and see what spot we were in.

This was a very basic KOA. It had a place to park, decent laundry facility and trash pick. But the entire park was just drab. The camp host were also not friendly and offered minimal help when asked a question. Park very expensive for the accommodation you get. The only positive that it had a good location for visiting Charlotte. We would only return due to family being in the area.

We stayed for a quick overnight while in the Charlotte area. The little cabin was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the water issue in the bathroom. (But this water cut-off was due to the county; and the KOA ensured that toilets were running as well as the sink in the Laundry room. Apparently a temporary problem.) Overall, we had a great stay, and highly recommend!

There is nothing wrong with this place. Good amenities. Very clean bathhouse. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. I just can't rate it any higher since it's basically a parking lot with RV hookups. If you have ever stayed at a state or National Park you know what is like to camp in a natural outdoor environment with space between sites. This is not that.

Very clean and quiet campground. Level spots. Very close to the city, but feels like country with all the trees. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here in the spring when we come back!

We picked this location as it was convenient to attend football game downtown. The only issue we had was the bathhouses. When they clean one the other should be open and it was not. Also closed for cleaning in the morning when folks were trying to get in prior to leaving. They need to change the cleaning schedule!

Just a basic campground, no fire pits. Office staff unaware if heat in bathrooms and temperatures were going down to the 20s. Spoke to maintenance man next day and he indicated maintenance had not been informed though office was told. Maintenance got it fixed by later that day so they did good

We have stayed at the Fort Mill KOA 6 times and they have always been very kind and accommodating. Very nice campgrounds.

Stayed 3 nights in a cabin. Cabin was great. Comfy for 5 people. Campgrounds were bare minimum. We've only stayed at 2 others, King's Dominion and Virginia Beach. VA Beach had a ton to do and going on. KD had a few things to do. Charlotte one had putt putt and ping pong, which were cool.

Small KOA, easy to access, spots were large. Check IN office has limited hours but you're able to arrive after hours.
