Our family rented a cabin and a campsite. Cabin was perfect. Our campsite was a muddy mess so that made some things difficult. My issue was with the staff in the registration area. We are VIP members and they would not allow us the rewards 10% discount for the cabin which my daughter rented and that is a benefit stated in the VIP brochure. The store also needs to be better stocked with supplies.

This KIA is pristine!! Lots of extras for everyone in the family to enjoy. Very clean. Very well maintained. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

Stayed at this campground for 3 months while our house was being remodeled the staff treated us like we was family and always hard at work to keep the campground kept up and clean. They had this foam party with dance music for kids it was super cool and my children had a blast. They also have 24 hour on site security and a gate to keep the grounds safe and secure I would highly recommend this koa

Stayed for two nights after the Memorial Day long weekend. The park was immaculate, even though it had been pretty much full the three nights before we arrived. Grounds keepers were constantly attending to grass, pine cones and sweeping pavement. Great playscape for young children.

This is our favorite local getaway. The staff is always very kind, and helpful. The grounds are always very clean and well kept. The kids had a great time with the foam party, and mudslides at night.

Had to keep extending due to RV repairs and they accommodated every time. Grounds were well kept, everything was cleaned and worked fine.

Stayed mid-week prior to Memorial Day weekend, and it was quiet !!! We met up with friends and we all plan on doing it again same time next year if able.

This campground has to be one of the best KOAs where we have stayed. The staff and owners take exceptional care of the property! They were friendly, helpful, and a joy to interact with during our entire 6 week stay. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone and I would nominate them for a President's Award!!

This is the *BEST KOA * in WA the staff are so Friendly and helpful always !!!! Very clean Park and Restrooms , the Owners Howard and Sunni are Awesome always make you feel like Family!!!!!!

It was a very enjoyable vacation/camping spot. The people and staff were friendly and very helpful. The accomodations here were absolutely terrific clean and accessible at all hours.

As always a fun weekend. Very friendly staff and lots to do for the kids. The only upgrade that we would recommend is to add a suit spinner into the showers. It can be a very cold walk back to the campsite in a wet bathing suit.

Too busy on holidays, but that's our fault for going on a holiday. Some staff not as friendly as you would like, but most were great. Facilities were nice and well kept. Kid's loved it. Only 2 negative examples would be too many noisy barking dogs and camper 2 spots down fighting with each other.

We were so happy to come back after 2+ years of not being able to cross the border! Even though they have felt the effects of Covid they have kept the campground looking amazing! Very clean and welcoming!! Well be back in September with our family of 13!!

Burlington KOA is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. This Park has a mountain and very relaxing feel to it. Owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Park is clean, people are nice. 2 stars because it's way to expensive, it's just Burlington and they force you to buy their wood, which is ridiculous. No outside wood allowed. Can I bring my own food?

Beautifully maintained, peaceful, and wonderfully staffed. Even when we forgot checkout was at 11am and had to do the world’s fastest pack up, tear down, hookup, and pull out with our trailer, the reminders from the staff were kind and not rude. Rules are put in place for a reason and it’s our responsibility as site renters to follow them but, kind words make everything easier to work through.

Being new to RV'ing and KOA, our stay was fabulous. Check-in was easy and fast. Staff was awesome. Grounds were well kept and clean. Amenities were too many to use in one stay, so I will be back.

Really pleasant lady on reception could not do enough for us, she was great, really clean wash rooms great site, even the unscheduled early morning call from a rooster.from across the road.

Beautifully maintained. Friendly reception. Nice large campsites. Oddly the dog leash rule wasn't applied to the folks across/in front of us even though I saw park staff visiting with them. Their big dog freely roamed doing her business in other campsites.

This was our first overnight with our trailer and the location and amenities were just what we needed. We enjoyed walking around the park, the proximity to Anacortes and Bow Edison, and our camping neighbors

Enjoyed the skagit valley this is a beautiful area with lots to do from hiking,bike trails,fishing and our whale watching tour was amazing.This campground offers a lot to do for familys and is extremely clean and well kept, but I must say they have alot of rules so be sure to read the back of your site map they give you at check in or website so your stay is enjoyable. I do recommend this koa.

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.

It was after school opened. The pool and jumping pillow was closed. But the large playground was great fun for my 4yr old granddaughter. The glide swings were fun and relaxing. The office had limited hours so we had trouble finding someone to ask questions to.
