Overall nice place, only real complaints are they charge for children over 4 even though it says over 5, which is just insane to me especially when they have a kid friendly camp ground. The other would be the small dog crap that's left around the camp ground, our stay had a few campers with smaller dogs and no one cleaned up after there dogs.

We had a wonderful stay and found the staff to be friendly and very accommodating.The grounds were well kept and there were many activities for the kids. Would highly recommend!

Lots of activities for kids. Would live it if the times were posted. Example, what time the jumping pad is open and closed. Staff was friendly enough and bathrooms were clean. Our cabin was not fully clean (spider webs and dirty kleenix) but decent enough.

We visit this KOA for the grandkids. Deluxe cabin at this visit. The cabin says it sleeps 8 and it does but is comfortable for 2 adults and a bunch of kids. Only microwave so all cooking needs to be done on grill.

Great facility. Friendly staff that truly make you feel welcome. Sites are flat and level. WiFi is one of the best we've encountered. Close to Camping world and shopping in Burlington Mt Vernon. No children with us, however the playground is large and well equipped. A bounce cushion and a maze are also available. Camp K9 is typical for KOA, little small but a place where smaller dogs can play.

This was our first time visiting the Burlington/Anacortes KOA. The park was very clean, the office staff was super friendly, and the maintenance people were always smiling and friendly. There are a lot of amenities so we were never bored. We will definitely visit again in the future!

What a wonderful spot....everything was clean...spacious sites....and lots of fun things for the kids. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We all loved it.

Poor toilet maintenance out of bath tissues maintenance twice out of 3 day stay. Staff is not friendly

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. As far as our staff being friendly if your group didn't have complaints to our security not once but twice about being very loud past quiet hours you wouldn't have received the stern warning you did from security being told to leave!

Lovely RV Park. Great owners and associates. Grounds are immaculate every time we have been there. We had a back in space instead of a pull through and it was beautiful. It is quiet and inviting. See you again in August.

This park is well maintained; with level and well spaced sites, great place to stay, short or long term with a pool, store, & dog park. The manager, Eric, was friendly, incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help make our stay comfortable and even helped fill our propane when necessary. Kudos to Jim for great help with our slide. Loved the quiet country side with a short drive to services.

Good all around campground. WiFi was strong. Friendly and accommodating staff. Only negative was a lack of shade, trees have been planted, but are not mature.

It was a quiet place but they overcharged us by a lot on people and cars. They charged us for 9 people and 3 cars. To where we only had 5 people and 2 cars.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You had 5 people total. 2 people are included in the daily site charge. Additional people are a person, per day charge. 3 additional people a day for 3 days = 9. All KOA's are the same. Extra vehicle charge is $5 per day, you stayed 3 days. We hope this clarifies how charges are calculated. Thanks!

Loved everything. Clean Cabin. Facilities clean. Just think office/ store should be open earlier and later. 10 to 6. Needed ice early. In evening we wanted to rent bikes and play golf, have ice cream. Usually evenings are for these activities but closed at 6pm. Kinda strange.

The cabin was clean and spacious. There were lots of fun stuff for the kids. We didn’t have to leave the campground for the duration of our visit to find thins for the kids to do. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure a fun stay. Excellent!

We loved the camp ground. It was quiet and beautiful. Great location to everything. Lots of activities to do and nice pool. What I didn’t like was not able to have any visitors on weekend. I had a cousin , 1 person, which I haven’t seen in two years, which could only get off work WEEKENDS to come see us, from Canada couldn’t come in to our camp sight. I have never heard of that from any KOA.

Front office staff and owners wife are awful and extremely rude. Wouldn’t allow our daughter and granddaughter to visit unless we added them as camping with us. Charged us $110.00 for them to have lunch with us �� Can’t believe that place has the KOA name! Four other camp sites shared with us how unhappy they were with the office as well.

We stayed 18 days to visit friends and sight see in the area. Its a great location. Far enough off the main roads to be quiet but not to far from anything you need. The park is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we stayed at this park and will stay again when in the area.

The main reason we chose to stay at your establishment was it was close to our kids and grand kids and you have quite a few things going for them to do there. You can imagine our disappointment when we found out there could be no visitors on the week end.

The park was very clean. It would be nice to have restrooms closer to the sites that do not have sewer hookups. The price is pretty spendy and could probable stay in a nice hotel for the price.

We stayed for 2 nights, it is a quiet campground, very good amenities, great for kids and pets. Enjoyed our stay wNext time we will stay longer

Had FHU pull-thru in newer section of park. Site was good. Showers / restroom facilities were very well maintained. Staff was friendly. 5G WI-FI was the best we have every used.

We have stayed at this KOA several times. It is always clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the hot water in the showers is only lukewarm and needs to be turned up. We have mentioned this to the office on more than one occasion. It would also be great if the pool stayed open later.

Thank you for an all around wonderful stay at this lovely & very immaculately kept campground.We liked the spacious & green plots and felt very safe here. Nice swimming pool, spa & Minigolf. We would like to express our gratitude to the whole team for being so outstandingly helpful and caring while we had a health problem. Nothing was too much to ask for. Everyone was wonderfully kind. Best KOA!

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.

It was after school opened. The pool and jumping pillow was closed. But the large playground was great fun for my 4yr old granddaughter. The glide swings were fun and relaxing. The office had limited hours so we had trouble finding someone to ask questions to.
