From Hwy 65: Exit at Hwy 76/Country Blvd. Go west 3.2 miles, turn south on Gretna Rd (at Titanic). Go through light at Green Mtn Rd 1/8 mile to Animal Safari Rd. Go west to KOA entrance. GPS: N36.628806, W93.285127
overall was good, but the limited tent sites were way too close proximity to fellow tenters

I was very impressed with the staff and the facilities. Only thing I would change is the layout of the tent village. First, the plots for the tents need to be numbered and second, do away with the gravel and plant some grass. I didn't have an air mattress for my tent and it was a little uncomfortable sleeping on gravel instead of ground.

The restrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. We were tent camping and wished that the area had been bigger.

This was my FIRST stay with KOA and will NOT be my last as the people were so friendly and helpful (refreshing in this day and age). Keep up the GOOD WORK... LOVED the hot tub as it HELPED ease pain of physical issues. Thank YOU for making my first time a REAL GOOD memory...

Nice and quiet. Bath houses are outstanding. In branson but not in the rush of it all.

The tent camping area was not ideal. You are around a gazebo and have no privacy. Felt very cramped at our site. Also, if you don't have a cot, you sleep on roots of trees. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would not recommend the tent site, however I would recommend the cabins, rv sites, etc.

Tenting area is miserable! Broke several stakes, not enough space, no grass. Please don't offer tents if you don't want them!

I have stayed at many KOA's to tent camp and this one is the worst ever! The pictures on line show a nice grassy area and when I called the office to reserve, I was told that as well. It has no grass, just hard dirt and large tree roots everywhere. I was going to renew my membership, but decided not to after this trip. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE TENT CAMPING! Stay at the state park. It is nicer

While the campsite was shady, it was a mud pit. Nasty. Had to go home and wash everything off before we could put anything away. The site was also very small. Sites were very close together. Our tent was less than 10 feet from our neighbor. We expected more from a tent site at the KOA. Very disappointing stay. Won't go back.

Had a great time camping in a tent with my Son. We really enjoyed the people, made some new friends and according to my Son "the pool was the best part".

When we arrived we were told the 8 of us on motorcycles could only pitch one tent & that we might try the state park. I had reservations for months & called to confirm 2 days prior for pavilion campsite. There were three tents already set up when we arrived, we moved tables, set up in pavilion,& small patch of grass out of mud. 9 tents up with no room to move. Extremely disappointing. Double book?
