The pizza was awesome. The only bad thing was the constant trains going by during the night. I know it isn’t the fault of the campground, but it would be a reason why I would think twice about returning.

Very nice campground nestled in the trees between 1-44 and James River Freeway/Route 60. Park is conveniently located to several Springfield attractions! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and other activities for kids and adults. We will definitely stay at KOA Springfield MO again!

We made a reservation while on the road for a one night stay. When we arrived, all of our paperwork was already completed. The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful, and the gentleman promptly guided us to our Space #11. He stayed briefly to make sure everything was ok. We opted to order pizza and had it delivered to our RV. It arrived promptly, and it was hot and tasty.

Meticulously kept campground with beautiful landscaping flowers throughout the park. A+ Wi-Fi and we were able to stream Netflix the entire time. Water pressure and temperature were excellent in the showers and we really loved all the photo op props, covered pavilion in the back and the panning for rocks in the slew out front.

Very nice campground. One of the nicest we’ve stayed at on our 2 week journey. Trees at the sites, professional and friendly staff. Good facilities and enjoyed the ice cream social.

Outstanding campground that is well maintained. Paved roads are wide and drain quickly. Sites are large with good separation between adjoining sites. Will stay here again, and longer next time!

I loved this KOA, at first while looking on Google maps I thought I was gonna be right up against the interstate, but all the surrounding trees made it feel so cozy, everyone was nice, the pool was fantastic, loved the ice cream social. In that big empty lot, if somehow possible need to add a big projected screen and have a family movie night for campers.. loved this KOA, will be back!!

Too much noise pollution (can’t be helped). Staff was very kind and helpful. Good stay overall. Would be nice if pool was open a little later in the evening.

It’s a very nice campground and extremely neat and clean! The staff is super friendly also. The sites are a bit narrow and the entrance/exit lane is too narrow eapecitfor larger campgrounds. However, another plus is they recycle. Worth stopping at and staying. Only wished they made the lane wider for turining in/out!

Fantastic KOA! LOVED the cabin I stayed at and campground was very nice. The escort to my cabin was a suprise and appreciated. Raised fire pit, table with chairs and concrete pad was very nice. Will definitely stay there again.

Are stay was great as we stay at this location every year. Staff are very friendly and know of this location very well. I do have a small complaint tho, while we on our stay here, we meet three couples that arrived at the same time and in three different Rv units that had flown in from New Zeland on a flight to Chicago, each couple rented a RV unit and stopped here but where parked too far apart.

Had a great time. Better during the week when it’s not crowded. Our grandkids LOVED the pedal cars and the pool which was very clean. We didn’t use the ladder ball or cornhole, but it looked fun. There’s a train that goes through blowing its whistle at all hours of the night, but we just turned on a sound machine and got used to it. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bath house clean.

Very clean, well maintained. What a great family friendly park, to include your fur babies. Loved the camp store and all they offer. Our kids loved the rental carts they rode through the park. We will definitely be back! The Bells

Very nice, clean facilities. Campsites were a little too close together for my taste. Between the planes and the trains that go by and blast their horns several times an hour it was just entirely too noisy for me.

We were so tired when we pulled in. The front desk was kind, efficient, and understanding. We also ordered a pizza from them and before we were even done setting up they delivered a fresh, hot pizza! The train goes by right next to the park, but I didn't hear it at night. The KOA is shaded throughout, has nice showers, a small clean pool, and a little shop.

Clean, well kept campground. Fully supplied store. Extremely friendly staff. Amazing maintenance of tall trees and thousands of early morning birds, all tweeting at the top of their voices. Excellent dog run. Nearly level pull-throughs and convenient hookups. Couldn't ask for more!

Nice little basic cabin that allowed us to bring our dog on the trip. The campground was well-maintained and the bath/shower house by our cabin was great. It even had an outdoor kitchen we could use. We will definitely stay again in the area.

Very difficult to locate from map given. Folks not super friendly at check in and could not give directions around town. They seemed "in overload" and hardly had time to check us in. I had to ask for the booklet for my KOA membership and my card. They had forgotten about it.

Check in was great. Had a site in the back away from the train tracks. Noise was still loud when a train came through. Site was narrow. Nice patio set. Price for this was about twenty dollars too high.

Great staff! We needed to add a couple more days to our stay and the staff was very accommodating. We were able to keep our site and not have to relocate. Very clean campground

A+ streaming Wi-Fi (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), beautifully kept grounds with flowers throughout the entire park. Six or seven different photo op props, excellent water pressure and temperature in showers, shade everywhere! Up pavilion in the back with two burners, microwave, sink and toaster. And a really neat Slough where you buy a bag of sand and pan for fossils and crystals. They also had these four-wheel pedal buggies you could rent for $8 an hour. The pool looked nice and clean, even though we never got in it. Only downside is that the only way to get in the pool is on a ladder. We were just passing through on our way back home to St Louis, but we've considered driving back to Springfield just to camp there in the future. And they guide you in to your spot with an employee on a golf cart!

Absolutely loved this KOA, when I first saw on googled maps, I thought I was gonna be right next to I-44 and able to see traffic, but no it was trees all around and pretty peaceful, it is right next to train tracks but I live next to train so didn't bother me. The place was clean and it looked like good spacing between trailer sites, the tent sites was off by themselves. The pool was great, no hot tub but that doesn't bother me. Cabin we stayed at was clean and very nice. Will definitely come back!

Please keep in mind the KOA has no control over the following: trains, planes, other campers AC units. we found the campgrounds exceptionally well cared for, laundry was great, hosts were great. neighbors were ok. we were there 5 nights , mostly disappointed with pet parents allowing barking
