Great location in Spokane for when family comes to visit. The staff was really nice and the train noise wasn’t too bad. Can’t wait to come back after the pool and game room have been updated.

I enjoyed the time I spent at the park. The facilities were very accommodating and easy to use. I would stay there again.

Showers never cleaned entire time we were there as evidenced by the amount of hair. Office always closed. Was not told pool and bathrooms would be closed when we booked- should have discounted rate. Sites filled with weeds.

It was just a one nighter, but the staff were wonderful and the grounds was very clean. Far enough away from the highway not to hear any traffic noise. No complaints at all.

Stayed in K3, one of the largest KOA sites we have ever had. Not only was the pull through plenty long for our motorhome, we had a completely separate space for our toad. Nice shade from trees that were well trimmed. (Saw a few other sites that needed trimming, so if you are a tall rig, ask before you park.) CG is making a LOT of upgrades to already “good bones.” Only con: loud trains.

When I looked it up on the Internet it said Pardin our Dust. Doing renovations. DID NOT SAY THE POOL WAS CLOSED, STORE AND BATHROOM. Pulled in and it was noted the grass needed mowing and weeds all over. I will never return to this KOA.

We did not actually stay at the Spokane KOA. We were on road trip and our car broke down so we could not get to Spokane. I called the KOA at 1:30pm on 6/4 to cancel our reservation for 6/5 but they refused to cancel, stating their 48-hour cancellation policy with no empathy for our situation. I tried to speak with a manager, but he never returned my call.

Loud with diesel Class A's coming in and out all the time. Lots of construction noise. The pool and front bathrooms were closed but no discount for the 2 weeks I was there. Nice dog park though.

Chose our site because of proximity to bathrooms. They were closed due to construction so we had to hike to the rear ones. It was not good! Also the pool was closed. No notice on either or we would have not stayed there or chosen a different site.

We were a bit disappointed with all the long term campers. We had one next to us. It looks tacky with all the stuff all around the trailer. They had 3 very large dogs that barked. If you have long term you should try to keep them in one area. Not scattered. Another long term was one row behind us. Same messy surroundings. Check-in, friendly. Too bad under construction, should have be discounted.

Bathrooms are some of the better ones I’ve seen. Disappointing that the pool was closed and we didn’t know ahead of time. Overall though lovely stay and kids still had a great time.

I think you should monitor those who have dogs better. There were several in our area that barked a lot starting at 7:00 AM when they were let out of their RV's. Nice campground and facilities. We will stay here again on our trips.

Lots of rebuilding happening so that’s understandable. We had to add a day to our stay due to some work on our motor home and although we couldn’t stay in our same site they were very helpful getting us into another one so we only had to move once. There were some sketchy campers in makeshift tents along the back wall that kind of made us wonder what was going on, but overall we would stay aga

Had to wait to check in as no one was in the office. Old dog poop at our sight that I cleaned up. Laundry room was dirty and smelled like sewage. 3 out of 6 washers working. Sites were unkempt with tall weeds. Definitely not up to KOA standards. Pool was closed, no notification of this. I understand that renovations are in progress but this has no bearing on these complaints.

Office was closed at 4:30 pm when we arrived. Bathrooms were far below par, dingy and lacking ventilation so they were humid, sticky, and stinky. Many facilities were "crossed off" the site map without explanation. We were disappointed in this KOA experience.

I have stayed here before and love it. It is currently being remodeled so pool, bathrooms, and store are closed.

The check in was great, easy, quick and professional. The young lady was super friendly, helpful and very approachable. All communication were timely and thorough. Sadly, the construction updates were not complete - sadly, pool closed. I think my tent site was okay, there appeared to better optimal sites that were not utilized that may have been better. This was our second night and nothing changed since our last stay. They are in the middle of construction but that does not explain the existing problems. The bathrooms are not clean. The sites are not big rig friendly and I do not have a big rig. My 30 foot MH towing did not fit into there extra large site. I could not use the sewer hook up unless I would disconnect.

Stayed for one night on our way through and we’re happy with the accommodations. Showers are very clean as was the rest of the park. Spaces are a little tight but well maintained

Convenient location off I90.. Friendly/helpful checkin.. Construction in progress in bathrooms/showers/office. Certain campsites are tight .. others have more space. Sites and campgrounds could use a little more attention. Would return if in the area.

Camping areas are weedy and needed mowing. Lots of traffic noise and trains going by. Shower and laundry were great though.

The electric power kept shooting down. When we arrived to our site E1, another camper told us that that site had electric problems. We asked the caretaker and he said no, no problems. However we had to go out several times to check it because it cut off. Many areas were closed as they were making improvements. Sites are very close together. We were only there one night but would look elsewhere.

Emergency phone number listed on door went to voice-mail. NEVER called back. In Cabin, looked for electric outlet for medical equipment. Only flat switch plates. Found groundskeeper that offered extention cord to outside box. Then bathroom code did not work. 4 people tried. Other bathroom closed for remodel. Used Mens. Here's idea:POST APPRPRIATE EMERGENCY NUMBER! Pool close. Expensive KOA. Worst!

The lady who checked me in was very nice. This KOA needs some sprucing up. Check out the KOA in Custer, SD, It is amazing! So if you want to know how to improve this KOA take a look at that one Thank you!

Site was small and cramped. 4 out of 6 washing machines did not work and 1 of 3 dryers also did not work. The office was only open from 10AM to 2PM so it was not possible to get change for laundry. As an overnight visitor, we did not see any staff.

Friendly staff at check in .. alot of construction going on ... good for future campers .. a little inconvenient for current campers. Trains passing quite often .. but .. not bothering us too much. Sites a little tight. Restrooms/showers were ok. Would return if we are in the area.

Trains close to park, bummer, & darks barking very early, not your fault bad owners! The park was close to a lot of restaurants & such & was in a pretty area. We would definitely return to the park for a longer visit.

For Memorial Day Weekend 2024: - Staff was very nice but obviously undermanned and out gunned for the weekend. - Facilities clean upon arrival but overused by Sunday afternoon. (Keep in mind half of the facilities are being remodeled at the time.)

Decent campground. They were renovating the office when we went. Pool was not open for the season which was disappointing since the weather was hot. It's a little scary that the kids playground is close to the entrance by a busy road.

We love this campground. Perfect for tent camping, which is what we did. Nice site. Clean restrooms. They also have RV sites.

This place has made a great turn around. There's a different management in and is more community friendly, through highs and lows. The newly hired crews are friendly and ever so respectful and helpful through their hard work of campground cleaning and maintenance is picking up.
