We bring our grandkids an they love the hayrides, playground ,pool and jump pillow. Its a perfect spot for kids, and not far from the beach.

This was our first time visiting and we loved it! Our 5 year old had a blast checking out all the activities and playing in the playground. Everything is so clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and we were very impressed. Loved it!

The only park where picture ID was required, along with signature on rules form. Person checking us in had very hard to understand English.

We had a wonderful n relaxing time. Place was very clean. And I really like the new bathroom by the pool. Unfortunately, the cabin we stayed at was squeaking n the ground had lot of goffer marking that made it more difficult to lay on the floor. Also the toilet by the kitchen slower to flush n very little water. Not good of #2. Lol Otherwise we had a wonderful time

I had 4 kids with me and they loved it. We visit this KOA every year with the exception on Covid. We always enjoy our stay and we appreciate all the renovations.

I asked for a different site and was taken care of. It was easy and was appreciated. I believe I paid top price and was given a lower priced site. Should have been credited back for the lower site. My tanks we emtyed one on a three day stay. Had not use my shower or black tank as they were full. Called and asked to them drained. It was not. Un trained staff charged my card without permission.

Had a nice time and met the new staff. I planted “poppy pods” and it will make the campground “California Proud” next spring! I already have reservations for Labor Day and Thanksgiving!

Everything was very nice. They need to have the big store open during the week. People pay a premium to camp here and they should have the use of the store.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this KOA!! The park was kept very clean. Our site was perfect for us. We enjoyed the NASCAR race, the Outlet Mall, Graton Casino, Pete’s Henny Penny Restaurant, Lombardi’s BBQ, and a road trip to Bodega Bay while staying with you. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Haven't spent a night at a campground in decades, was surprised at all this place had to offer. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey, and they refuse to take cash.

The only thing that I felt could be improved is the kids bikes near the main store. They seemed to be blocking the walking and parking at time.

The accommodations were excellent. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground. Check in and check out went quickly and seamlessly.

Overall the stay was really nice and the staff are really friendly. The only issue we have is that the inside of the cabin is quite dirty when we arrived, especially compare to our previous stay.

Great stay at a very clean, comfortable campground. Only complaint is that our neighbor came in after 1130 and had a loud vehicle as well as a Class A diesel pusher. Just a minor inconvenience. Overall great!

We always love staying at this KOA. We live only 5 minutes away, but the kids have such a blast and it feels like a holiday. The facilities are clean, the landscaping is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

Great place for families but not so much for seniors, especially when just passing through. The most $ we’ve spent for so little value to us. Staff was nice, upgraded us to a pull through site when the back-in was impossible.

Staff very friendly & courteous, restroom & shower clean, RV site H95 spacious, other RV patio site are pretty awesome too. Large pool, petting farm animals, playground, movie nights, great store. Very family friendly, I definitely will return with my grandkids again, thank you

Friendly and very helpful staff, very clean and well kept property, fun things for the kids and grandkids to do. Loved having the convenience of the food truck and..... the food was really good!! Traveled up to Washington and into Oregon and each place we stayed, people commented on the KOA in Petaluma and how they heard it was highly recommended. Great job. (add tetherball in lower field)

The people were very friendly and helpful. Campground clean. Liked the food truck. BUT, this place is a zoo. If I was 10 years old I would have been in heaven. More kids there than a very large public school. That’s fine, but for an adult with no kids. It sucked. Parents and kids fighting and ScREAMING till way past quiet time.

The campground is nice but be aware that if you need to do laundry there, you are forced to sign up for an app on your phone in order to use their machines that do not accept credit cards or coins. My husband and I have traveled all over the country and this is the first time we have encountered this. We didn't want to have to acquired an unwanted app on our phones and the instructions for acquiring it aren't easy. So we had to haul our laundry to a local laundromat and as we were leaving we saw other guests taking their laundry back after they left too. I complained nicely to a staff member who didn't seem to care. Having said that the campground is nice, surrounded by pine trees and redwoods. It's real advantage is being near the ferry boats going over to San Francisco. Be aware, while there is a local train going to the ferry, where it lets you off is three quarters to a mile walk to the ferry. In rain it would be very unpleasant and no one tells you how far the walk is. It is better to drive your car to the ferry and pay the $2 on the digital parking meter. We took the train once and drove three other times. Other than that, the campground is in a nice setting and near wine country too.

We went for a wine country weekend. It's the perfect location. Right between Sonoma and Santa Rosa. We stayed in a lodge. It was very nice. The pool was great. It was fun to see everyone having so much fun. The customer service was very friendly. I will go back.

We booked last minute and we're totally happy with our first KOA experience. The office staff and groundskeepers are out of this world friendly. My husband and I were traveling without the kiddo or the dogs, but if you have young kids with you, this is the place to stay! SO MANY kids and they're all running around playing and riding bikes/scooters. If little kid laughter bugs you, then be advised. There's a dog park, a petting zoo and the office has beer, wine 😉 and souvenirs. My only comment would be that laundry is not available 24/7 - only until 6 pm (even though it's behind closed doors) and that quiet hours last until 8 am (would've preferred 7 am since we had our motorcycle).
