Nice large park. Plenty to do there. Joshua Tree National Park is close by. Only thing was the heat. We would stay there again if in the area.

I thought the campgrounds needed more definition of the spaces such as rocks to line each camping space. Also, when we went to the laundry there were only two washers and dryers working. There was no air conditioning inside which was miserable for doing laundry when the temperature outside is 104 degrees. There was a drainage hole in the center of the floor with no cover on it.

I love the campgrounds and the people who work there. I was so disappointed in the pool area. There are signs everywhere, but a big group did not adhere to the rules and they were not enforced. They took over the place. Kids in spa that were not supposed to be in. We couldn’t swim, which was a main reason we like to go there. We left the same day. Spoke to others there and they felt the same!

We stayed one night. With the wind there is way too much dirt in this lot. I’m not a fan of express check in and still have to check in at the counter. Staff was very nice.

Don’t advertise that you have WiFi when you know darn well it doesn’t work. The girl behind the counter point blank said the WiFi isn’t going to work. It’s 2024, why do you not have working WiFi? Equipment and bandwidth is cheap. And the bathrooms, aka sweat boxes, need an AC, or at least a good fan. Other than that, it was a decent KOA.

We stayed for 5 months over the winter. My husband is a traveling nurse. We loved the mineral pools, spas and Cindy's water aerobics classes. Staff was helpful and friendly. Be aware the winds in Desert Hot Springs crank up. We loved everything except the high winds. We'll come back for a shorter visit for sure!

The family and I were in town for work so we booked a week at the Palm Springs/Joshua Tree KOA. We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities. The pool was super refreshing along with the Jacuzzi’s! I would 100% recommend this KOA to my family and friends. Top notch service.

Was clean, mostly quiet, nice activities, nice pool/hot tub, liked the regular checks throughout grounds at night (solo traveler).. was a bit of a haul to store, restaurant's, gas, activities, etc (def not within walking dist) also seemed to be in not the greatest area of town.

This KOA has a lot of amenities. As it is in the desert, do not expect a lot of shade. We had a massive pull through site that was decently level. The water pressure was very good. Unfortunately, the one trip to the comfort station at 830am had the place looking a little disheveled. There was toilet paper on the floor. The campground, overall, is very clean and tidy.

As one would expect a KOA to be. Very clean, well maintained and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, nice temperatures. I would definitely go back.

Great amenities and park. We had a nice, shady spot. Would have rated as a 5, but the showers were horrible. They were dirty and smelled badly. The office closes at 4pm, so you can't rent equipment past 4pm. That is way too early when the sun doesn't go down until after 8pm We would have rented bikes for our grandsons, but when we returned from seeing the park, the office was already closed.

Sites are too tight. Two laundry rooms but only 2 of the 4 washers and 2 of the dryers worked. I had to walk back and forth to do my laundry.

Our KOA cabin was very clean! All wall outlets included USB charging ports...very convenient. A clean Weber gas grill was put to use during our stay. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check out. We'll be returning for our next visit to Joshua Tree National Park.

Although the 30 amp spots were a little tight, it was still a fine campground with fun things to do, good pool, hot springs spa would have loved to spend more time in and wish we had a chance with the pedal cart rentals.

We were disappointed that the advertised jump pad did not seem to exist. Our 7 year old was looking forward to it.

Check in was easy .The restrooms /showers were clean which we appreciated .The tent sites were clean as well . Our family and friends enjoyed the short time we spent this weekend with all the activities available. It would have been nice to have the seasonal cafe open though. Due to the heavy winds and heat our group decided to leave early --but we will be back .

This place was one of the best we've stayed at! The store has plenty to offer even for your RV not just the food and souvenir stuff. The pool and hot springs hot tubs were fantastic and the kids enjoyed it alot. The mini golf is fun and free. If you plan to play pickleball bring your own or buy from the store I don't see the bounce pad, but our kids really like this KOA the game room was our spot after the pool. The only thing I didn't agree with was the cafe was close in the beginning of June. I'm not sure of that's the "off season" for them but I would have been nice to grab lunch while at the pool. Our site was perfect with the patio and fire pit we roasted s'mores and had a great time. We will definitely come back

We initially had booked two nights here but extended it for another night. This KOA is our favourite we've stayed in. The pool is an amazing temperature, and the 3 covered hottubs all different temperatures is unbeatable. We would come back here just to relax and hang by the pool all day. Workers were great.
