Eexcellent staff, very well kept camp grounds, great location by the Yellowstone river. Miised a 5 rating because pool was not open and the camp store close at 5pm. Both very disappointing.

Staff friendly and accommodating. The facility is along the Yellowstone River, and views of surrounding mountains from Paradise Valley makes it a great stop. Unpaved road to and from US 89 is scenic but bumpy. Bath and restrooms could be updated but workable. Great stop for Yellowstone!

I think the Livingston/Paradise Valley KOA is gorgeous, however while we were there the playground was being updated (so therefore there wasn't one) and the pool was broken. The basketballs for use for the court were all out of air with the exception of one. Pretty much there wasn't anything for the kids to do. I'm not blaming anyone for anything, just bad timing on our part I guess.

We were very disappointed as this KOA was unlike the other we visited. The grounds were unkept, and the sites were small. The main store closed at 5 o’clock every night and the dog park was too far away. You drive five minutes down a roughgravel road to get there which really rattled things up. We had just done a journey across the US and this was the last KOA before coming home. Very disappoint

Very disappointed pool was not available, half the washers were out of order, store closed early every day, Gravel pile right by our site was magnet for kids to play on, kids were always walking through our site. Ever present sewer smell. Grass should have been trimmed before we got there for a week long stay..Dog park was at far end of campground and could have been bigger. Beautiful views.

Disappointing. The pool was closed and would appear that it will not open anytime soon. It was one of the main reasons to book at this campground and would have been nice to know beforehand. Not overly clean and the playground was just a big pile of dirt and some chairs. The campsite description was deceiving giving you the impression of a wooded area along the river. Not the case. Won't be back

The campground has so much potential but it is not maintained very well at all! It looks like the grass has not been mowed in weeks. Everything is overgrown and full of weeds! The pool and the playground were not in working order, the bathroom had water all over the floor all day and the WiFi didn’t work. We left after 1 nite. It was our 4th KOA campground, the rest were awesome!

we loved the cabin and the location is absolutely beautiful. would have given at least 4 stars, but the pool is closed with no mention of it on the website while booking or in any of the texts I received prior to check in. this is one of the main reasons many families want to stay at a KOA, so to have the pool closed and not mention it anywhere seems shady.

Very friendly & helpful staffs. RV park is clean & organized. We like the many garbage bins situated all over the park. Will recommend to our friends & family. Wish the hookups are on both sides of RV spaces so we can view the river view from our motorhome.

No notice pool not open. Ypu pay extra for koa for pool and playground, neither available for our grand child!

We always stay here on our way to the Olympic Peninsula --- it's a bonus for us because we can visit Yellowstone National Park, and this KOA is in a beautiful location itself. It's clean and neat, and the hosts are helpful and friendly.

Excellent park, great stopover location. Wish there were walking trails in/near the park. Great staff, we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area.

First time staying here. Our site was perfect for what we wanted. We had a great time. We plan on returning next year! Your employee Joshua "Josh" was awesome! See you next year!

We enjoyed our time in Paradise Valley. The KOA met our needs since we were not on site much except evenings. Issues we did note/affected our stay were: office/store hours were very unpredictable even with text notifications, came back early a couple evenings to get ice/firewood and the store was closed before the time announced. Shower house only had 2 working toilets and 2 showers.

Beautiful location at the base of the mountain and along Yellowstone River! This is a great KOA. Layout of site is perfect, friendly staff, and all necessary amenities for a comfortable camping experience.

Sites very close together, people still up and noisy at 2am. Must travel down gravel to get to campground. We would not use showers, not very clean. Staff at checkin and grounds keeper was friendly and sent out notices of high wind advisories which we appreciated.

Very nice staff. It doesn't have as many amenities as some KOAs we have been to, but it was convenient, clean, and quiet.

I spent three nights in the deluxe cabin. It was very quiet after memorial day and the staff was very friendly… Looking forward to next time.

Nice campsite. Loved being on the river, kids loved the horses next door. Sure it's even better when playground is back. Nice story but needs coffee creamer that's not powder.

Screen door had a gap at the top. Kitchen table was sticky. Animals living in the bathroom wall. Shower valve leaking inside wall. Pool was not open. It was supposed to be open by holiday. Two washers, one dryer and change machine were not working. The cover on conditioner in shower missing. Limited access to one side of he bed. Dirt pile left behind entry door. Not worth what we paid!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The KOA needs improvements. Lawn needs to be cut, laundry room had multiple washers and dryers not working. Prices are the same if you have a patio with table set as a pull thru with out. Swimming pool said it opened on Memorial day but it did not open. Staff was accommodating and very friendly.

What a view! We arrived late but what a sunset! A little disappointed the pool was not open on Memorial Day as it was hot and you cannot swim in the river. We were assigned site 46...which appears to be right in front of the "firewood dump"; our fire pit was a slab and iron box...unlike every other site! Internet SUCKED; no one to call because we could not use the internet to do so.

Normally, I would give a 5 because we love this particular KOA. For this stay, I am giving a 3 because of the swimming pool not being up and running. That was a big reason we chose this campsite. I understand things happen but it was just disappointing to not get the full experience we had paid for.

Very friendly & helpful staffs. Park is clean & organized. Very calm & quiet. Wish the river front view has hookups on both sides so we can view the river from our motorhome.

Pretty campground far away from the highway, so it's quiet. Everything was clean and well-organized. It wasn't fully booked, so they seemed to have placed campers at sites apart from each other. Coincidence or plan, not sure, but it made for a lovely stay. The extra money for concrete patio sites near the river is worth it! There'd been a late season storm (End of May) when we stayed, so the campground was covered in snow when we arrived. The next morning I walked up the road to see the gorgeous snow-covered mountains! Grateful for the small off-leash dog area. Would love it to be bigger, but it did the trick for our dogs. Definitely recommend for a stay the night before or after visiting Yellowstone.
