The employees were very kind and accommodating. The campground obviously has a lot of use and some things need sprucing up. Noted: *places in the rail fence are down *pickleball court worn & fence loose *shuffleboard court worn *Activity clubhouse on trailer and not used *pool area nice but drained during our stay *walk around lake (pond) nice *restrooms, store, and office area nice.

We decided to stay at this koa specifically for the pool. The pool was closed, without notice, for one of the two days during our stay. It was also the hottest day of the week that it was closed. My kids were not happy. We were miserably hot that day. We were staying in a tent, with no shade at our site, next to a lake we can't swim in, and a pool that was closed. It was dissapointing.

This wasn't just a campground, it was summer camp! I celebrated my 40th birthday here and had a beautiful site backing up to water with a private hot tub. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. I very much enjoyed the daily breakfast and dinner options. Would love to come back here every year!

Great stay. We come several times a summer. Was hard to have the pool shut on a very hot day one of the best amenities. Also shade at pool is a major issue umbrellas pergolas easy and quick.

There was a mix up on the site I phoned previously to reserve. But it was worked through. Other than that the stay was great. This is the 4 year in a row we’ve stayed with you. Close to home but still nice!

Beware beginning of June is moth season and our cabin was full of them. Everything else was great cabin was stocked, pool was clean, and staff was very quick and accommodating!!!

We have stayed several times won't stay again, stupid expensive for no reason $110. Is absolutely crazy per night. The The sites aren't kept at all.

The Campground is nice with plenty of kid friendly activities and amenities. One very disappointing thing was there was a very large German Shepard dog in site 70 that had a roar of a bark and the owner never tried to stop it. The dog scared everyone who walked by and especially kids riding their bikes. It even barked at staff as they were picking up trash or driving past in their golf carts.

Many campers had issues with a couple boys that seemed to be terrorizing the entire campground and bullying the kids and parents. I was disappointed to see them in the pool Sunday morning after Saturday's complaints. I assumed they would be banned from the pooled, apparently there are no consequences for unsupervised kids that use fowl language, physical abuse and bullying behavior.

Second time in this location and it was even more phenomenal! We enjoyed ourselves and survived a micro burst with tent intact. Grateful for the staff assistance and help with fellow campers.

We have never stayed at a KOA resort before. Normally when we camp, we set up and head out to do some sightseeing, but this place has so much to do we could have just spent a day at the resort hanging out, playing mini-golf, and swimming.

It was a satisfactory stay. High points-there are things to do for kids. The breakfast was great. Showers were ok-floor was muddy. Our campsite was between 2 larger trailers; the metal table was rickety. Poor internet. The one gal at the front desk is not friendly or helpful. She never smiles and is not representative of the happy KOA community. Everyone else was great and responsive!

Good amenities and service, but entrance signage is poor. Approaching from the south, there is nothing. From the north, if you look east you'll see the primary KOA sign 20 yards off road, then a tiny sign at the entrance that can be easy to miss.

Great staff, great amenities but some basics need attention. Incredibly dusty because gravel roads have not been replenished. Rest room buildings could use AC. Miss cable TV. We appreciated our shady spot but trees blocked our satellite. Not clear whether WIFI could support streaming.

This is our 3rd year here and our kids love it. This year we took one of our friends with us as well and they too loved this place. Very kid friendly and clean facility. The staff are very friendly. Also I can clearly see that they are doing upgrades to their facility every year which is a positive sign. Looking forward to May more years of stay there.

One of our favorite KOA’s. We’ve stayed twice now for a week each time while in town for work and training. Always clean facilities, plenty for the kids to do, and very nice and attentive staff. We’ll continue to stay here when needed. The only negative would be the price point as it is higher priced than most KOA’s we’ve stayed at.

We arrived late. It was a bit hard to locate our slot and tight to pull into. The RV next to our slot had lots of clutter outside it. However, it was a quiet and peaceful area. The next morning revealed a nice overall park full of families enjoying a variety of activities. We utilized the on-site laundry and showers. Both were clean and well maintained.

We did enjoy our stay. All employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Accommodations were well stocked, pretty clean as well. Our fire pit was a little short but served its purpose. It would be nice if check in was a little earlier so you could have more time to take advantage of the amenities. All in all, we had a good time with our family.

Place was great except nobody warned us about cotton trees. Late may early June cotton flies like snow. Made difficult to enjoy outside gatherins.

This is such an amazing KOA! Beautiful location with a fishing pond and lots to do with kids! Plus they even have a little Chuck wagon! Ft Collins is one of our favorite places and this is the perfect place to stay. The staff is so good at keeping everyone updated with events and weather! We will be back for sure!

Friendly staff with great advice. A weekend is not enough time to do everything. Add another day. Really close to bike trails, an easy tree lined ride to town, no problem for the kids. Head the other way on the trail if town is not your thing. We are already planning a trip back this summer.

This was a shake down trip, prior to the upcoming long trips. We were able to change our original back-in site for a pull thru and extended a day. The site was well maintained, clean and in good condition, considering year-round use. Placement of pavers or some other material at the sod bare, where all the entries, line up would be a real plus, we used a fabric/woven mat, to control the dirt.

Loved this campground! We had a large beautiful site near the pond that has a great walking trail. There is a lot of kids activities including mini golf, trampoline,pool and rental bikes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a basic camping cabin.it has a mini fridge and ac, which is nice. Staff is super friendly, and the bathroom/showers are clean. The whole place, including pool,playground etc, is taken care of and well maintained. We will visit again.
