The cabin is pretty outdated and in need of maintenance compared to all the other KOAs I have stayed at the mattress is completely uncomfortable a lot of KOAs have put in actual KOA mattresses or just newer pads. All of them have air conditioning that I've stayed at and most had a TV all for less money.

Friendly staff. Nice access to the bike trail. Need a hot tub! Pool not open yet, but used it on another stay and it was nice then, so part of the reason to stay again, but this was mid May.

That was one heck of a WIND, RAIN AND SNOW storm. Great campground and extremely friendly staff. Always stay there when we are down for from Alaska.

Very clean campground. Well maintained. Very clean shower and bathrooms. Friendly people at the reception. Campsite B16 is not their best site. A lot of close passing traffic.

The campground was attractive and clean. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The bathroom and showers were very nice. Only stayed one night while traveling through.

We've always loved staying there. I lived in Sheridan for 20 years, so now when we visit it is our go to location. This year was a bit disruptive with the construction, but overall I would still recommend it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great campground. The owners are committed to customer service. Enjoyed our stay. Weather prevented us from trying out the nearby bike trail.

The campground was in dire need of landscaping including lawn mowing There were tall grass and dandelions everywhere. The excuse I got foe not mowing was that it had rained The height of the grass was from more than a day ago. The one way streets were very confusing.

Great campground and hosts. good water, easy location. They have maintained everything well including the pool being recoated while we were there and other projects we saw going on. Would have liked to use the mini golf course, still early in the season. Could make some of the night lighting a little more focused, by the wagon bathrooms so its not so bright at nearby campsites. Thanks!

We stayed for 2 nights, and I would highly recommend this KOA. What a great staff and grounds. Sites are easily accessible and well maintained. The store has essential items and a few souvenir items.

We stayed there for a soccer tournament that weekend. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean and well put together. We needed a late checkout on Sunday and they were very accommodating.

Seems our spot was covered in puddles from heavy rain the day before. Kind of a bummer but not much KOA could do. This place is the best; friendly and accommodating staff, plenty of room for each spot and clean and functioning restrooms not to mention lots of space for kids to play and dogs to roam. We will be back!

Nice campground. Road layout is terrible. Sewer drain needs to be relocated. Can’t believe how many sewer drains in all the parks I’ve been to require you to run wastewater uphill.

The General Manager Stacy is awesome. Our truck broke down and she went out of her way to help us out. The campground is well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay at Sheridan/Big Horn KOA! We are fulltimers and we're dodging storms and weather on our way to KOA and Stacey was very understanding and accommodating due to changing our arrival date! Workampers were friendly and responsive! Very clean laundry area and very reasonable prices! Propane on site as well. Loved the walking paths and utilized them everyday. Highway is right next door but did not bother us...not real busy overnight. They are adding on which is great for the area! Would stay again!
