The people, both staff and other campers were very friendly. I didn't give a 5 only because we would have liked more food options on site. I realize your cafe was undergoing construction.

Fantastic stay - great amenities, friendly staff, beautiful tent site at the back of the campground. Bathrooms were clean, showers were hot and had great water pressure. Kids enjoyed the playground and jump pad. Loved the location in the woods but just outside of town. Recommend and would stay here again.

The staff was super friendly. Especially the guy with the boxers. The grounds were clean and neat. The laundry facilities were clean and nice machines. We would definitely stay here again

It was my first time staying at a KOA. The facilities were amazing but the staff were out of this world. It felt more like a community than a rental. We experienced car trouble and the staff went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. I will be reaching out to KOA corporate to sing their praises.

Beautiful campground with incredibly friendly staff. It was the perfect basecamp for all kinds of adventures in the Ouray area and the coziest place to come "home" to each evening.

We had a great stay! The grass has a ton of stickers and we had a dog, so that was a problem. When we got there it wasn’t full, but as the weekend progressed, they really packed the spots in and the trailer spots are rather close.

There was a road closure which caused us to dribe an extra 200 miles to get to Ouray. About halfway there the sweet lady at the KOA called us to see how we were doing and to remind us of expected freezing weather. She said we could upgrade to a heated cabin if we wanted. What an angel to be so thiughtful- definetly going back. KOA Ouray is the best!

We’ve been coming to Ouray just about every year, and there’s no place we want to stay other than KOA, we love this place, staff is very friendly and helpful, very nice and clean community and the best thing for us they’re pet friendly, so yes, I highly recommend this place.

Would have been nice if the cafe was open but other than that everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much. Loved our deluxe cabin by the stream….so relaxing. The entire place is so clean and beautiful and staff so friendly and helpful. We will return.

Second time staying here. By far our FAVORITE KOA to stay at. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, love the hiking trails all over the property, the actual property is clean and always in good condition, all of the amenities are so great as well. Love the text to deliver firewood! Also can’t beat the views! Love love love Ouray KOA!!!

Beautiful park with separate sections for tents and RVs located among mountains and forests. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A great place to spend some time. We were there 7 days and visited Ouray downtown, Silverton, Ridgeway and Telluride. Gorgeous scenery and a Wonderful RV park!

Lovely campground. Our cabin was super cute. We absolutely loved having a grill for us to use, and huge bonus was the dog wash station. It was nice to go home with clean pups! Negatives- the hosts that were around camp weren’t friendly (the check in lady in the office was amazing), and our cabin was right next to the dumpster, which isn’t a deal except it was full and trash was on ground both

First time at this location but won’t be the last. Located well off the road and in an area with plenty of trees, providing quiet and solitude. Stayed in a deluxe cabin along a stream. Customer service was great.

We love Ouray KOA this is our second time staying there. There are hiking trails to take my dogs, the accommodations are great. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be back.

It appears the new owners care a bit more about the quality of stay instead of volume of campers. Much better experience. Almost didn't come back after last stay in 2022, never had been treated so poorly. But again, I believe things are looking up.

Everything was wonderful. Just wish the hot tub worked.

We love the cozy environment at the campground and the friendly workers. The ice cream in the gift shop was delicious. Our cabin was pristine and well stocked. The views and local attractions make this campground our favorite vacation spot.

Our first stay at any RV park with our new camper and it was AWESOME!! The site is well kept and the staff is amazing! The office ladies were so nice! I was in Ouray for my sisters wedding and Jeff the GM even offered a beautiful spot for us the hold the wedding at on the KOA grounds. He was very helpful and even brought us bundles of firewood late in the day. 10 out of 10 definitely coming back!

Nice location, nice store, nice people. Only issue is crazy loud heater in the camper cabin. We upgraded to cabin because it was cloud. Couldn't sleep with the loud fan in heater. Needs to be replaced before next customer.

Great experience with Jeff, Chelsea, and Dove! The stay was great and I’d like to stay again. There are two reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars - (1) the floor in the cabin under the bed was in bad shape with spider webs, cob webs, etc - and (2), the showers had no separation from the bathrooms, which made the floor more gross. It would be a lot nicer if there was a locker room between the two.

This is a beautiful campground with spacious sites and generous public spaces for recreation. It is nestled at the base of a mountain, with trees and even a small stream that runs through it. The managers, Jeff and Sara, and their staff are friendly and helpful. Ouray KOA is the most pet friendly campground I’ve experienced, even welcomed in the office. This is a place of generous hospitality

Beautiful campground in a great location! I can't say enough about the employees! I had a medical emergency while there and they assisted with that and accommodated us and extended our stay until the last day they were open without hesitation! Thank you ouray staff!!!

We spent three nights here and had a great time. We have a camper van and have camped all over the US in KOAs and others. This was our favorite KOA. It is set back from the roads so no road noise which most have. It's quite big with many options . There are lots of trees and a rushing stream through the middle. We had a great view. The staff is super nice They rent jeeps at the site . We rented one and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.
