The S section could use some grass or limit the size of the RV allowed so vehicles do not park in grass or offer parking for vehicles elsewhere. Otherwise our stay was great. Thank you

We've stayed with you many times, we were in a cabin with one bath, bunks and a full/queen bed....nice enough, but hot water ran out, cold shower on Sat and would not be fixed until between 8 and 9 on Sunday, which was too late for us to shower as we had to be on the road early...disappointing that I paid for a cabin w/ water/bath and couldn't use it. more hooks and lower mirror would b nice, too

The campground was overall nice. Unfortunately, our site was rather small and we had a larger rigg in front of us that made it feel even smaller. The bathroom doors were hard to open and close. The kids enjoyed the activities. Overall, we would return, but knowing the campsite now I would pick a specific site.

Only disappointment was that we could not let our awning out all the way and it did rain so we needed the cover since we were cooking and eating outside The tree limb was in the way and stopped us from letting out our awning. I suggest you might go around campsites and check those limbs out in consideration of campers with awnings please.

We really loved it there..we did have a problem with our golf cart we rented We rented a golf cart for $98 dollars..the problem with that is we were told it was charged..30 mins after we rented it..it wasn't completely dead..me and my granddaughter didn't know what to do..we had to charge it at the Rv lodging next door to KOA..I wasn't real happy ..we lost three hours of it.

Stayed in the deluxe cabins and loved the experience. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Cabins were well equipped. Only suggestion would be a luggage drop area for guest that fly in and use the cabins for pre and post stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle (10$ per person) going downtown. Quiet and clean. Fantastic pool and spa! Lot of activities: we experienced pickleball for the first time in our life! Thank you KOA!

K5 top sewer fitting loose. No escort to site as told at check in. No exit signs, difficult to get out, including large rocks on the corners to damage your RV. Bottle water expensive 2.00 each. Bathrooms dirty. High grass with a lot of weeds.

After anreiving ay our cabin we noticed the light in the loft not working. Someone came but couldn’t fix it till next day. No one came. No one called.The cabin was NOT cleaned properly. We found TWO sets of contact lenses laying on the couch arm and head. No one has called me back from the message I left about it. The shower had an old shaver left in it . I’m also certain there was bed bugs to

Reserved 3 months ahead w/another couple.Specific req to be together but was not that way.Called day before to confirm but only got vm.Left message & never heard back Eventually fixed. Please enforce rules Difficulty getting out w/trailer. Neighbor truck in our exiting space & in our space No answer upon knock. FYI shuttle driver ran red lt. w/speeding. almost got hit.Full shuttle Great pool/spa

Staff members Elizabeth and TJ were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Grounds and pool were nice. Furniture in the rec room was a bit shabby. Showers ran hot and cold and could have been more clean. Our spot was next to a highway and noisy.

Reserved a “delux” campsite, unable To reserve a specific site, just a type of site. Arrived and we were escorted to a front row view of the men’s bathroom from our outside table, steps from our site. Maybe just me but delux implies “not next to a bathroom ?” In fairness I asked for a different site and with some groans from staff was given a new site. Well maintained, good communication

4 night couple stay. SUPER!! lovely grounds, pool, activity areas, RV spaces. Shuttle to Nashville VERY convenient. EXCELLENT staff. we had an auto problem n they were very receptive to our needs… Thank you Sandy!! We highly recommend this campground~

Staff was VERY accommodating when our camper broke down and we came back as a “walk-in” to one of their cabins.

Everything was fine, one thing I didn’t care for was having grass blown all down the side of my motorhome. That is one of those things that should never happen, even if I don’t have the most expensive coach in the campground I don’t appreciate that and don’t think others would either!!!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay, the cabin was cozy and just right for what we needed, staff and people around us were friendly and helpful, and the highlight was the many choices of activities for the kids, they had a blast!

This is a big campground with a lot of ammenties. The sites are rather close but flat and clean. Excellent WiFi! Clean restrooms. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great shuttle service to downtown. This is the place to stay when you come to Nashville

Beautiful grounds. Check in was very efficient and the staff was friendly. The store, laundry and gathering area were all clean and up-to-date. Even though it's not far from the highway it was surprisingly quiet.

We paid more than we would of paid in the campgrounds around. We usually agree with this because koa as normally higher standards. At this campground it wasn’t the case. The showers were dirty, with rust and bad paint around the door. The bathroom was dirty. The grass was long. Terrible stay if you ask me. I should have a refund.

All good but internet could use updating. That's the only thing that I have to say anything negative about. The rest of the resort is beyond perfect. Very very very clean and quiet.

Great location and campsites very well maintained. Friendly staff but communication between staff seems to struggle. Upon our arrival I check in and was told to wait for an employee to escort us to our site. Waited 10 min and no one showed up so we decided to venture to our spot alone. Enjoyed the whole weekend and chose to head down town for dinner on our last night before having a bonfire. We paid and asked for wood to be delivered while we were gone, due to coming back after office ours. Arrive at campsite to have our fire and there was no wood. Was refunded for the mistake the next morning and told the afternoon staff had done that to multiple times to different campers. Shower house was also luke warm and very hard to close some of the doors making shower choices limited.

Enjoyed my stay! Shower/bathrooms were nice! The RV crowd needs to walk their dogs away from camp/ cabin sites where barking becomes a nuisance! Very nice having a shuttle service to get in and out of town for a great time!
